I went in this morning to get a **** set scheduled at 9:30am. My nails were not touched until **** when Z the manager sat down to do my nails her self. I asked for ****** which I received. I would like them to be more narrow but I said the shape was fine so it is what it is. However, while trimming my ********** cut me which led me to bleeding. After the service was over, I paid the *** and left in a rush because I had work. When I got to work I realized the subpar paint job she had done, the paint on my skin, the lifting in my nails, and the cut in my cuticle. I called to let Z know and hopefully come to an agreement on how to fix the situation but she instantly got defensive. She said that the paint job is "my opinion." When I asked to speak to a higher up she said no but that I can email and when I asked for the email address she hung up on me . I called back and let her know how disappointed I was that a manager would deal with a situation like this in that manner and that it was unprofessional. She followed up by saying, "if you're unhappy with the color then that's your opinion and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." I let her know that I'm happy with the color, it's the issues listed above that I am unhappy with. She said how she never cut me and then started to accuse me of going home and tampering with my nails and cutting myself to make the shop look bad. She said never in her 27 years has someone not been happy about a service she has done which just doesn't seem realistic to me considering my experience today. She said I would either need to come in today or tomorrow so she can see what I was talking about. I told her I will be in tomorrow morning. She then proceeded to say, "so you're just going to do your own nails then?" Obviously I'm not coming in to do my own nail. Z has done nothing to resolve this issue and denied ever cutting me.
