Purchased an item on November 6th, 2023, with a two year warranty. Item broke, was confirmed returned via **** tracking information in February 2024. No replacement was mailed, no refund was issued. Was recharged a second time in April, for the same item. Several phone calls to the company acknowledge the receipt of item, and will "review". Was promised a refund by May 3rd, or May 6th at latest, nothing has occurred. This has gone on for several months. The customer service is the most horrific I have dealt with. They are unreasonable, unresponsive, do not follow through, and they lie to you repeatedly, leaving you no choice but to contact your bank or credit card. I have contacted my bank and disputed the charge, but the original purchase date is too far back for them to issue a refund. this item was purchased with a two year warranty, and there is no way to even enforce that.Initial Complaint

Customer Number : ******** Order Number: ********* I purchased this purse on February 26,2023 . In 2 months time the purse fell apart at the handle & the tassel clip broke. I emailed them regarding this and received no reply. They then took funds off of my card for a monthly payment from a card that was only set for a one time payment. This company seems to do what they want to do and dont care who they inconvenience. The customer service is poor and almost slow or no response to their emails. Their online chat support is never available. The customer service is basically nonexistent. Not a very good business. Bad quality products they sell and dont fix it with the Customer.Initial Complaint

I order a product from Shop HQ, on a six value payment plan. A payment of $33.41 was the first payment included in the six payment so five more payments $16.50 were due each month. until June which would have been my last payment ,but because they took two payments in May i called them about the two payment that they took in May they said that it would be put back into my account ,but it was not ,and because they did not put the payment back. June should have been my last payment . they took another payment in July which made seven payment. I called four time trying to get them to give back the $16.50 and they keep saying it take seven to ten business days. I keep calling and have not received my money. order Date2/7/22Business response
