      Payless water heaters installed a water heater in my house on 12/30/2024 at a cost of $6,338.00. The new heater is not providing hot water to my house. A technician came out and said that there is nothing wrong with the unit but I still have no hot water in the house.

      This was an unusual issue. Our plumbing manager and plumber reached out to the customer. We went out to fix the issue. Customer is happy and satisfied with our work. He has also scheduled to do more work with us.

      Company was hired to replace a broken water heater. Claims to have quick response and ability to replace 24/7. First technician showed up late on Saturday and claimed not to have any replacement water heaters. Sold us a replacement and indicated they would show back up 2 days later to install in the morning. Second technician showed up late 2 days later and eventually started the work. During the work the technicians unplugged a refrigerator without letting us know. We noticed and plugged it back in to avoid everything within spoiling. During the course of the work, the technicians damaged the cabinets in our home and rather than advising us, they attempted to hide the damage. We noticed the damage a couple of days later and reached out to the company to let them know. We obtained a proposal for replacement of the damaged cabinet doors and have waited almost a month for the company to make good on their guarantees and promises. Rather than reimbursing us, they have contacted other cabinet and closet companies who are now calling us for an appointment to review the damaged items. Having provided this company with ample time and opportunity to make this matter right, it appears that they are not interested in doing so. Before we incur additional expenses in addressing this matter and recovering our damages, we are presenting the matter to BBB for an attempt at resolution.

      I have investigated this complaint. It is an unusual circumstance. Per our plumbing manager, he has reached out to the customer. We have made this customer whole with a full coverage of the damage. The customer said he will remove the complaint 12/5/23 or 12/6/23.

      Back in August 2022, I had a new tankless water heater put in for roughly 4k. Everything seems to go smoothly. After I notice, as well, the contractor noticed that the gas line that was run through the attic was hanging and not put behind the beam. I reached out to the person that originally help me ( ***************** Warehouse manager) and sent him numerous of emails. I got one response from **** on 12/16/2022 saying he received my email but was out of the office. was going to talk to his project manager and call me that Monday. No call, no email. I have tried calling, emailing, etc with no success.
