    Ordered the jacket and vest size 2XL. More like a S-M. Tried to return and advised this was final sale.There was no indication at anytime in the purchase process this was final sale. Buyer beware!!!

    Our Final Sale policy is posted in several places on our website, on the Item Sale Page, directly under the tab you have to click to add an item to your cart, and again on the Checkout Page, directly under the Checkout Tabs.

    The copy reads exactly:  

    "Orders will ship within 5-7 business days.  All Sales Final."

     

    In addition, there is a link at the bottom of every page to our Shipping & Refund Policy, where you can read the entire policy, which reads, in its entirety:

    Shipping & Refund Policy

    Order confirmation emails are sent to the address submitted at the time of your order which include your order identification number. This number can be used to reference your order.

    Please contact us at [email protected] with any change request to your order. We will make every effort to fulfill your order change request, however, we make no guarantee of our ability to accommodate the request.

    If you emailed us with an address change, we will do our best to accommodate you.

    Your order will ship out within 5-7 business days.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGES

    However, items that are received damaged or exhibiting a manufacturer's defect will be replace with new - Refunds are not provided.

    However, it does appear that you have received plenty of communication from us, as we have provided you with a link to your tracking information twice today, both times within an hour of your reaching out, explaining both times that your order has processed for shipping and is currently awaiting pickup by the carrier; and we responded literally within one minute on Friday with the then status of your order when you contacted us the first time to request an update.

    We understand that you are anxiously awaiting your order, and that you may be disappointed that it is taking longer than you want to wait, but your order is expected to be en route to you within 48 hrs - and we do acknowledge that this is slightly longer than the 5-7 business days we quote during your purchase.

    This company is very difficult to get information from. Their website is "mega" too simple. Signed up for information with an email address which amounted to nothing. Tried leaving a voice mail message for a return call which amounted to zilch. If you purchase from this company please understand that they are difficult to communicate with. They work with ******** which doesn't really provide a venue for information either.

    We do answer all calls and return calls if you leave a message.

    We also send email notifications upon completion of your purchase, and when it ships, we provide a tracking link.

    We also respond to every email message we receive.

    Although we do not have an order in our records associated with the email address you are using here, we do have an order under the same customer name (Customer *************************** - Order #*******.  We did send an order confirmation and a shipping notification with a tracking link to the email address provided with that order. Also, we received an email inquiry from that email address which we responded to.

    It seems like all the appropriate contact was made.

    Is it possible you did not see any of these notifications or that *************** to the wrong customer?

    "Buyer Beware" - I purchased A40 Active Noise Cancelling Earbuds at what was supposed to be a 70% reduced sales price of $25, plus $4.95 shipping on Thanksgiving Morning 2023. I found that the same earbuds that "Mega Morning Deals," promoted by ******** were offered on Amazon for 25% less with free two day delivery. I called customer service and tried to cancel within five minutes of placing my order, the associate that helped me was pleased to inform me that their policy is "all sales are final," regardless of the fact that my call immediately after ordering and while my order was noted as "unfullfilled." I'm very dissapointed in their policy, the least they could do is offer price matching, the name "Mega Morning Deal," is meaningless with customer service being nothing more than a firewall for service issues.

    Upon further examination, this order was canceled and refunded per the customer's request on Nov 23 same day as purchase.

    Furthermore, we have been unable to locate this item for a lower price on Amazon.

    I have ordered a product over a month ago and have never received it, I have called two separate times and told to leave a voicemail. The first time they emailed me and said my order had been shipped and after 2 weeks I am still waiting. I have tracked it and it says shipment has not been sent to be shipped yet. So I just want a full refund. On ******** they said you would receive your item in 5 to 7 business days. Very dissatisfied and no one will personally call me about this.

    I purchased a Power Up OmniHub Charging Station. It will not work for my Specific needs. I have inquired via phone always get a automated message ????     Hi BBB, 

    We do sometimes receive complaints from customers who are unhappy with a purchase for one reason or another.

    If there is a legitimate complaint/issue - such as a customer has purchased something they can't use due to a medical condition and the advertising did not address such an issue at the time of the sale - we are happy to work with a customer to return their purchase.

    If there is an issue with a purchase, such as it arrived damaged or broken, we do provide replacements without any hesitation.

    However, our regular policy is FINAL SALE.  This is noted, as we've explained in our reply to this customer, several times during the sale, and in the Terms and Conditions that are accessible should the customer want to see them, via a link that is also clearly visible on our sale page.

    If there is any way to include or attach a picture of our sale page in order to show this notification, please let us know - we would be happy to do so.

    Furthermore, as the customer notes they are contacting their credit card company; we routinely win these kinds of charge back requests once we show the notifications to the bank in our responses to them.

    Four weeks after I placed my order and paid. Still waiting on my item. They recently put a **** tracking number to my order, but four days later still no pickup by ****. This company is awful and frankly I am ****** off at Fox and Friends for allowing them air time and a Sunday morning segment! Buyer beware!
