    The transaction took place on 7 /5/2024. I purchased 2 Oceanault watches from Fox Mega Morning Deals when they arrived neither of them worked, called to speak to someone about the problem, I was told I would be sent boxes and instructions on how to return them and I would have the boxes in 3 to 4 business days, after a week and a half I received nothing. I called again left my info and never heard another word from them

    As mentioned by the customer in their inquiry to you, they spoke to one of our representatives who advised him how to proceed with the return of the faulty item for repair or replacement. We refunded the customer for the return shipping costs and according to the available tracking information the replacement watches were delivered to the customer on 9/6/24 at 11:04 AM. Tracking was provided to the customer as well. Please know that our communication with this customer was prompt and we did our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

    I am receiving products every month that I never ordered. I don't even know who this company is. They are charging it to my ***************** I have reported it to AmEx and even got a new card. I'm retired and on a fixed income and can't afford the stuff they send. I DON'T EVEN WANT ANY OF IT.They have done this 3 months in a row now for around $300!

    Order was placed under this customer's name and billing information on March 11.  Upon completion of the order an order confirmation email was sent to the customer at the same email address as provided in this complaint.

    Upon shipment of the order, the customer was provided with tracking information.  We did not receive any contact from the customer at this time informing us that the order was not theirs.

    According to system fraud assessment checks, the possibility of fraud on this order was rated as LOW, because:

    Characteristics of this order are similar to non-fraudulent orders observed in the past
    Billing street address matches credit card's registered address
    Billing address ZIP or postal code matches the credit card's registered address
    There was 1 payment attempt
    Payment was made with 1 credit card
    Shipping address is 1 mile from location of IP address
    Billing country matches the country from which the order was placed
    The IP address used to place the order isn't a high-risk internet connection (web proxy)

    That being said, the customer did still assert to us that they did not place this order, so as a courtesy we authorized the return of the order for a refund.

    We also informed the customer that we are not a subscription service and do not have the ability to charge a credit card without consent for each individual transaction.

    We are happy to resolve this issue to the customer's satisfaction to the best of our ability - but we can only process a refund for the original order placed on March 11, do not know anything about orders placed without customer's consent after that order, as, again, we do not have a subscription option, and are unable to charge a credit card without the customer's authorization for any specific transaction.

    Once we have received confirmation that the customer's order is en route back to us, we can proceed with refund processing.

    Ordered a rechargeable battery for my phone and a stand for my phone /camera. I ordered them from Mega Morning Deals After along wait the phone stand came in missing a part and I still havent received the battery!!!!! Im going on a family cruise next week and thats what I ordered this for!!!!!! I would appreciate any help I can get.

    I placed an order, #******, with Mega Morning Deals on November 23, 2023. Among other items that I ordered were three pair of Isotoner gloves that were for Christmas gifts. I finally received two pair of the gloves a few days before Christmas, however, I never received the third pair of *********************** gloves. What a disappointment! As of this date, January 3, ****, I still do not have the gloves, nor any communication about what happened.

    Even after calls to customer service and assurances that the Items were in shipping mode they were not sent in a timely manner. They were received several days too late as I had planned to send to grandsons for Christmas. I had to buy alternate gifts. The product once received was NOT the quality that was advertised. Cheap materials and poor sewing. From the address the company appeared to be a legitimate business located in US but the clothing was not made in US.

    I emailed the company and asked for an exchange to an extra large. They said they dont have it and they also said they do not issue refunds. I did not see that stated on the website when I bought it but I hate to spend $85.95 and get nothing, I will not use this company again unless they policy changes I would like a refund

    For Christmas 2023 I purchased wireless speakers that were supposed to sync. On the ******** they said they can line up and connect to multiple so I bought 4. Only 2 connect and the sound quality is average to bad. Also the tv stated you could use them outside and on the packaging it states not to expose them to outdoor air heat for any length of time.

    I place an order on 12/6/23. Money was withdrawn from my account on 12/7/23. The shipping time frame was 5-7 business day. I requested a receipt for the order on 12/7, which i never got. On 12/12 I sent another request for order info and receipt information. the response was your order number is ****** and it'll ship 5-7 business days. I am now into the 10th business 10 and have yet to receive anything or tracking number. I've sent another email and left a phone message, I am requesting a refund and cancel of order. I was needing these for relative out of state for Christmas, but obviously will not receive in time. If I were FoxNews I would quit advertising for this company.

    Customer contacted us to let us know about the issue, and we responded to let the customer know that we would resolve the issue - the same day this complaint was opened.

    Vendor informed us that there was in fact an issue in processing orders where a small number of customers received scarves instead of jackets, and that they (the vendor) were working on resolving the issue.

    Customer will receive the jacket as ordered.
