    ******** does not have a customer service department. Ive called, emailed, messaged on social media, and no response to general questions. Wish I could return the bike simply due to their horrible customer service. Dont buy from them!! Even for a minor issue they wont respond.

    Purchased 3 bikes from them and all 3 of them arrived with leaking fuel tanks. They are dangerous and capable of catching fire. The company did not help or care to help. They already knew about the problem before but dont warn us.

    This company makes some really awesome motorbikes. I bought mine without a motor so I could get my own upgrade. Then when I called to get customer support there was no answer. I have called now numerous times and just like everyone else the phone just rang and then went dead. I live close to this customer serviceless outfit so I'm going over there and and find out WASSUP over there.

    My son and I purchased 2 phatmoto Bikes, just a month ago when they came in, we noticed they were scratched.We basically wanted them to send us some touchup Paint even though the the meadow was gouged deeply. However, upon test driving mine, we realized that the tire on the back was completely wobbly.And not dri tried to contact ******** immediately And after a month have still not reached them.They don't call back or respond to email. I bought these on payment. And am terribly disappointed as I can't even drive mine

    I Bought The Phatmoto Rover February 28, 2024 ,The Assembly was As Easy As it was Advertised by ************ However, Once I Finished The Assembly And *********** In The Tank, It Began To Leak A Steady ************ From The Weld, Where The Tank Meets The Frame. I Have Made Several Attempts To Call ************ However, It Puts You On Hold For 10 Minutes And 19 Seconds Then It Disconects. I have Put Myself In The Que As Instructed However I Have Never Received A Call Back As Prised
