When we checked the CSLB site on 05/20/21 to follow up on his test scores, we saw that he had failed the law and trade tests on 05/17/21. In 2019 I contacted the Contractors State License Schools to inquire about their program. I explained that I was a property manager and I have only supervised the work. They told me that my experience should qualify me to take the licensing exam. I paid $***** for the school program based on that information. After my application was rejected, they suggested I wait and submit it again in the future and hope I get a less strict person to review my application. I paid $300 application fee. I submitted my application again this year and again it was rejected for the same reason. Namely, that my experience did not qualify. I paid another $300 for the second application. I called up the application number and they explained to me that there are many predatory schools making false claims about helping students qualify for the license test.
