      DIGITAL ROOM ********* INC also known as ********* I placed this order on 9/29 through this Webside ************************** . The entire order consisted in 20 t-**** with a small logo embroiled on the left side of the chest. On 9/29 printing ask me to confirm the proof of the order and review the proof, the proof consisted in a picture of a t-**** with the logo on the left side of the chest. Everything on that picture looks ok to me. The approval was only a picture of the logo on a t-**** and didn't include any sizes at all, so I approved I base of this picture . On 10/06, 10 t-***** were shipped on the order number #XXXXXXX and they arrived few days later. After the arrival I got on the phone with different people from printing and I explained the situation. The logo and the design approved by me wasn't the right on the t-*****. I send them pictures as they ask me for and today finally they got back to me saying this: we can give you $ 100 Store Credit instead.

      This company does a bait a switch for products on there website. ordered vinyl stickers on the website under vinyl stickers and they shipped cheap paper stickers. on the top of the page shows vinyl stickers but after calling them they said well in the listing you have to change the drop down to vinyl which are more expensive even though the product is named vinyl stickers. The stickers look cheap and arent even ******* There website says 100% satisfaction guarantee but they wouldnt do anything about it. Then they ******* 127 dollars for shipping and they arrived in a tiny single ups box which probly cost 10 dollars to ship. They wont ****** are were extremely **** on the phone.

I believe I found the order in question (job XXXXXXX, please confirm) which has 10 items on it. All of which are on 70# standard label stock. I reviewed the history and all items were placed through our website and shows the customer chose 70# label. Maybe the customer chose cut to size labels which will give you the 70# and vinyl options. 70# being the first option to choose, vinyl at the bottom. Maybe he did or thought he clicked on vinyl, I am not sure. When the customer finished placing his order, he should have received a detailed confirmation email showing the entire order which should have been checked to make sure everything is correct. If he has a copy showing vinyl stock for all items, I would need to see that, as then we have a site issue I need to address. The vinyl material cost is a bit more but I will gladly redo the order for him as a courtesy. The customer can contact me directly below

      I ordered foldable business cards twice from this company. Both times I used their design tool on the website. My first order came out just as I designed it. Ok, cool no problem. I decided to order the same type of cards again, but I changed the design. This time they flipped my design upside down so when the card folds it would be right side up. I didn't ask them nor did they ask me if it was ok to change my design. They tried to say that the system automatically flips the images so I told them and showed them my previous order and the way I designed it. They didn't flip my first one why would I think they would flip my second order. All I want is what I paid for and what I designed. I'm not sure if you understand so let me make this clear. Job Order # ******** is the one they flipped. They flipped the order when I didn't want it to be flipped. and ORDER # ******* wasn't flipped. It wasn't because I Designed it that way. Its the same product but different design. Just do it right

I would like to get a photo of what the customer received showing the wrong rotation. I will be more than happy to reprint them at no charge. It is strongly advised to always request a proof to make sure your order is being processed correctly. We have several prepress people working on orders and errors can happen.
