1 starThey scam you on your warranty. We purchased a 2015 jeep in 2018. With a 7 year waaranry from date of last service. They never reported the service before they sold me the car so the last service date was the original one out of the factory. So they still three years of a warranty from me by simply not recording it. Tried calling and they give you a run around on the phone and then lead you to a voicemail box and never returns. If you buy a warranty make sure they record the last service date . Shady never buying from these thiefs againReview fromSara G

1 starI brought my car to the dealership June 9 for an engine failure. Was told the shop was backed up but due to my car being in an "emergency" condition they would accept the car. When I spoke to my service advisor, *****, he had informed me it could take 7-10 business days to receive information on the inspection. I received within 5 business days later saying that they were sure it was the engine and wanted to confirm payment so they could tear it apart to file a claim with the warranty company. Another week went by and I had reached out to see if they were working on the claim so that I could file my rental through the claim. After MULTIPLE failed call attempts to ***** and the front desk, I called the advisor seated RIGHT next to ***** and asked him to have ***** pick up his phone to find out there was no information on my vehicle after 3 weeks. The claim was not filed until June 3rd and was approved the 7th(information provided by warranty company). The first call I received from the service shop was June 10th telling me they were waiting for the engine to be delivered. June 17th I spoke to the service manager who then told me the engine was being delivered but I would have to wait 1-2 weeks to allow his technicians to prep and finish switching the engines out. The shop had numerous accounts to prep the vehicle so June 24th I spoke to ***** who said the car would be ready July 5th (2 MONTHS LATER) When I went to pick up the car no one had any information on my car and then was informed by another advisor that the car had not been worked on. Jeep has been AWFUL, I'm paying two months of rental out of pocked because they will not help and I have ZERO idea when my car will be ready for pick. I will never be going back to the service shop and would not recommend anyone for any reason to every utilize this shop. Unfortunately they would not let me leave zero stars or I would.Review fromtracy j

1 starWe bought our Jeep from Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in 2022 and have always brought it in for service at this location. A few weeks ago our engine light went on. I called to schedule an appointment and they told me the earliest they could get the Jeep in was Aug 15, 2024 ( 4 months from now). I then called back a few days later and spoke to the service supervisor, ******. He told me to bring the Jeep in and they'd take a quick look well, my husband brought the Jeep in today, ****** took a quick look and confirmed their is an issue with the battery and recommended NOT driving the car until the Jeep goes in for repair on Aug 15, 2024. In what world is this ok?Review fromArnaud P

1 starI recently scheduled a service appointment at Russell Westbrook *** Nuys dealership's service center for an oil change and a recall repair. Despite booking the appointment a month in advance, my experience was nothing short of disappointing.Upon arrival, I was met by an advisor named ****, who seemed unprepared and disorganized. Despite my clear communication about the services needed, **** informed me that the oil change would take a few hours, and the recall repair would require several days due to a part needing replacement. This lack of readiness was surprising and inconvenient, especially considering the advanced scheduling. What truly shocked me, however, was ****'s response when I asked about a loaner car. Instead of offering assistance or providing a solution, he suggested that I rent a car at my own expense and seek reimbursement from corporate. This level of indifference and disregard for customer convenience was utterly unacceptable.Furthermore, the dealership's failure to anticipate my needs, despite the scheduled appointment, reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. The lack of empathy and accountability exhibited by the service department is deeply disappointing. In conclusion, my experience at Russell Westbrook *** Nuys dealership's service center was marred by incompetence and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I would caution others against entrusting their vehicle to this establishment until significant improvements are made in their service standards and customer care practices.Review fromDomingo M.

1 starWent in for a regular oil change and tire rotation, nothing major. Upon completion of the services I drove off the lot, my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 began to make a loud bang noise and drive a little strange. I pulled over and inspected the vehicle, to my surprise one of my wheels was missing 4 out of 5 lug nuts. I was asked to bring the truck back, I was quick to respond "no, it's not safe" they picked up the truck and took the vehicle back. The problem was corrected. I was told by multiple employees upper management was aware of the situation and that I would receive a call. Call never came and it was only addressed because I physically drove to the store. I spoke with the Service Manager **************** he I came to an agreement on some compensation for terrible mishap and safety issue. We spoke The promise has come and gone, I've called the service department, left messages and as of today no call back. I've called the cell number provided from his business card and the same no answer or call back. Let's hope they hear me out and read my message and no AI or auto generated message,Review fromGeoff M

1 starI purchased a used 2022 Lexus GX460 from *** Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on September 13, 2022. The vehicle has a deep scratch in the rear passenger door that goes all the way down to bare metal. Being that I was purchasing a used car, I overlooked other minor scratches but insisted that that deeper scratch be added to the due bill because it could cause rust. The sales manager, ***********************, agreed to pay to get this damage fixed. Since I do not live in the *******, ***** assured me that I could have the work done near my home. He agreed to cut me a check for an amount equaling the average of the 3 repair quotes, which came out to be $1,528.74. However, when I provided proof of the quotes and requested that a check be distributed, they only agreed to payout the lowest quote amount, but only after I had the work done. After further discussion, they then offered to reimburse me the full amount, but again, only after the work had been done.I do not trust that they will reimburse me for the repair costs as they have given me the runaround for almost a month now. I've called, emailed and sent text messages to my sales person, ***************************** to address this matter with no response. I spent $20,000 on a down payment with this dealership and they are refusing cover costs that were agreed upon in the contract.I will continue to pursue this matter until I receive the compensation I am owed.Review fromKattia C

1 starI was never informed about the Chrysler's rental reimbursement policy (5 - 10 days). The service adviser told me to extend the car rental for another week via texts, and now I'm only getting half of the reimbursement. I called multiple times and left several messages and they have ignored my phone calls. They can do better. Very bad customer service.Review fromChris W

1 starThe worst dealership, they do not answer the phone, and when they do they are extremely unhelpful like the Service manager ******. Extremely unhelpful and not knowledgeable at all. Even the reception was unpleasant and uncaring.Review fromMichael B

1 starStay away! Absolute Frauds! They will never see my Business Again. In November 2021 I Spent in excess of 6K to effect several repairs including the ** on Our Dodge Durango. The work was under warranty for one year. The ** had never worked well since the initial repair. We've taken it back several times. Now they want another 5K to repair leeks in the **, that was never properly repaired in the 1st place and they are not honoring the 1 year Warranty issued from the initial repair. To add insult to injury ****** the head of the service ***** was rude as he practically hung up on me. I am a business owner as well. if he worked for me he would be the 1st thing to go and their policy regarding honoring the warranty would be the 2nd. There are many choices and places to do business in this area. do yourselves a favor and steer clear of these guys (pun intended)
