    I ordered two of their can openers, paid $80+ for them. Never got my order, & never was refunded my money. I'll NEVER buy anything from them again!

    Full view rear view car mirror is a piece of junk. Is make ok, but they don't show you an accurate representation of the view in the ads. It is totally false advertising. The view in the mirror is half filled by your, the driver's face, up close in all its pore-laden glory. Product *****. Zero stars, but if I vote that, I'm not certain it will count. All their ads on TV look like they're junk.

    Hurricane Spin Mop w/5 yr warranty. Horrible customer service w/******************** Co. Called 3/10/23. Asked to email them with receipts of purchase. I included receipts, pic of product ******** and video of malfunction. ??Waited 1 mo. No reply. Called 4/10/23 said email not recd. Sent second email w/pics. Called 4/26/23 said email not recd. Email verified each call. It was correct. On 4/26/23 since they claim my emails are not coming, I asked them to email me. I did receive it, although it states I do not have proof of purchase to ship product back along with $12.99. I reply to the email with pics of receipts again. Called 5/2/23 to follow up on. Got the run around, put on hold. Was told to ship product back. I have little to no faith in this company. Will not throw my money away shipping product and sending money. Done! Bad experience. Would not recommend supporting this company.

    Do not purchase from this company. Very poor return policy, with many hidden cost.Best to toss the item out instead of returning it.

    I give customer service and its website an F **** workers are not knowledgeable, professional or helpful or understandable When trying to place an order, and giving another number to call on just to get the worst customer service again ?. F minus , website needs to be revamped to let customers know whats in stock and whats out of stock period. I really dont understand how this company really exists period ??

    My neighbor, who is 80, ordered an 18-pack of the *********************** They sent her a whole shipment of 14 bags of 18 each. Now they won't let her return it. First they said she has to have an email. I'm her 60-year-old neighbor, so I'm also a senior citizen, but have been working on computers for over 30 years, so I've set up an email for her so she can get the return shipping label. Now they're asking for an order number, but there's no paperwork in the package at all. I scanned and sent a copy of the shipping label on the original package that has all the numbers on it, with my neighbor's name, address, and phone number. Any company on earth can search for the order number in their computer system with all that information. So I'm going back and forth with them. Their website says you can send the package back, but the refund will be less $10 to cover return postage.It should NOT cost any customer $10 to return an order THEY DID NOT PLACE. In my opinion, this is fraud, and they're preying on seniors, probably assuming we're all senile and not at all computer-savvy. Neighbor will be reporting this charge as fraudulent with her credit card company to have the money pulled back, and if the company wants their products returned, they'll send a shipping label to the email provided to them. If you have aging or aged parents/grandparents/friends, warn them to never buy from this company!

    when I got the order number in email, but they didnt send the confirmation number when being shipped. When they dont have them in stock, no email from them stating theyre out of stock and on back ordered or not making them anymore.

    Terrible company!! I placed an order on 12/29. I ordered an 8 pk of night driving glasses and a 2 pk of storm driving glasses. As I hit the process button I noticed the amounts were changed. Unknowingly, I had just purchased multiple packs of each item changing my order from about $100 to over $300!!! I called them immediately! They couldnt change or cancel the order. I was told they would refund it, and when it arrived, to refuse it. It arrived when no one was there. I took it to the post office to refuse it unopened. In the meantime I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge. I missed an email from PayPal and missed my window to dispute their response. They ruled in favor of BulbHead!! I have contacted them 3 different times. Each time, a very polite nice representative would assure me that it will be refunded. It has never happened!! The last call, I was told that the supervisor would call me in a day or two!! Never had happened!! They mentioned something about me getting a settlement letter from PayPal since I had tried to stop payment!! I assured them that they had been paid and PayPal had ruled I. Their favor!! BE WARNED! They delay and lie on their customer service calls!! Never will I ever order anything from them again. I have even thought about canceling PayPal since they are not user friendly to their customers when encountering a problem like this!

    When ordering the ************ mop, I was told I could only do so if I accepted a free subscription for something else which I could cancel as soon as I received my order with information about the subscription inside. The tv ad also stated you would receive 2 mops for the price of one, which I confirmed with the representative when I ordered. When I received the order there was only one mop inside and no paperwork about the subscription. I called the company and was told I was wrong (though my husband and I both saw the commercial) and was offered first $10, then $15 to keep the item. I refused both as I do not believe the practices are appropriate. I said I wanted to return the item. I am not having to pay to return the item though the company did not do as they said. I do not believe this is a company I want to do business with, and urge others not to either. Though I'm losing money to return the item, I would rather do that than do business with this company.
