      Placed an online order via blossomflowerdelivery.com as they came up on the top of Google Search!! I placed this flower order on a Tues afternoon with expected delivery of those flowers by 1 or 2pm the next day (Wed). The flowers were never delivered on Wed or Thurs. I called customer service on wed evening as when the flowers would be delivered and they state by the next day (thur) since they had not arrived as ordered on Wed!! Once the flowers never arrived on Thurs I called customer support again and they only answered 1 of my 4 calls. Additionally, the 1 call that they did answer ended up getting disconnected by them!! I have tried to contact the company by phone and I have been disconnected 4 out of my 12 attempts to find out the status of my order.       Place an order online for flowr delivery. Website continued to get stuck and throw me out of the process to start over. After an hout the order went through. I paid extra for expedited delivery in the day and it arrived at 7PM. It also was delivered twice.They sent the same arrangement to the same person doubled and charged me an additional $100.00 I have called 6 times to resolve this and told sorry then they hang up the phone.       Two orders placed for delivery prior to Christmas. Wrong order delivered to one recipient (not a "substitute," but CLEARLY the wrong order, other order delivered DAYS after the holiday. Two weeks later I finally get a response to my multiple emails and my voicemails left on their customer service line requesting refunds. They refuse to offer a refund, but offered a $10 credit.       Ordered flowers to be delivered next day. They were 6 days late. Everyday told that there was a delay. Flowers showed up at the recipients house but there was no card and they look nothing like what I ordered. They were described to me as cheap grocery store arrangement when I paid $75 for a large professional arrangement. Customer service hangs up on me. I have emailed to try to work out a resolution.       Order an floral arrangement and nothing was delivered and they keep saying they will deliver but were waiting for fresh flowers but nothing, the arrangement was to be delivered before Christmas I paid $58.98. They keep telling me it's ready for delivery, it will be there Monday after Christmas and then today it will be delivered, but nothing, I asked for my money back and no reply.       On 12/16/2020 I placed an order to be delivered on 12/17/2020. The order was never delivered to date, I left a message with the company. Now every time I call there is just a continued ring and I cannot track the order anywhere. This was a company placed order in thanks to a employee's wife who took the time to make 50 Christmas bags to hand out to our crews kids. This complaint has gone up to my corporate office and we will be charging back the fraudulent charge to Blossom Flower Delivery as we have yet to see resolution. When I originally googled floral delivery in **** WA, they popped up first as **** #1 Flower Delivery Service. They are not even based from the state. We are seeking answers and a refund.       On Wednesday, December 23, 2020 in the afternoon, i went to the website https://blossomflowerdelivery.com/ to place an order for a $79.23 premium flower arrangement (plus handling and tax to be added). Delivery in Denver, Colorado on December 24 was selected and shown as available. I was sending flowers for Christmas to a friend whose husband died recently. As of Wednesday, December 30 late in the morning, no flowers have been delivered. I received the following two email notices of delivery delays on December 24 and 26:"Due to the Holiday Season our drivers are busier than ever, which means delays are possible. We have rescheduled your order for delivery on next available delivery day. We will include a note of apology from our company. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay might have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and wish you the best this holiday season. Your order will arrive soon fresh and beautiful.Once again kindly accept our sincere apologies,BLOSSOMFLOWERDELIVERY.COM8********************************************"The toll free customer service line (option 2) above is not answered.       I ordered a holiday floral tabletop arrangement to be delivered on 12/22. I received an email from the company that day indicating that the delivery couldn't be completed as requested on that date because they had run out of available flowers, but they were expecting more flowers and would be able to deliver the flowers on 12/23. I received no further communications indicating that the delivery couldn't be completed on 12/23, either. However, no floral arrangement was delivered on 12/23 or any subsequent days. On 12/29, without any prior communication from the company, a bonsai tree was delivered. The company claimed that since they were out of flowers, they had "substituted" a bonsai tree instead. A bonsai tree isn't even remotely similar to the holiday tabletop floral arrangement I had ordered. I would have canceled the order if they had told me they were planning to deliver a bonsai tree instead of a holiday tabletop floral arrangement.
