The flowers were order but cancelled because the company said what I wanted wasn't available. T he company charged me and delivered flowers that were terrible. When I complained the company said too bad. I would suggest no one use this company for anything. Representative lied about where she was, I asked to have management call me but that didn't happen.

This company is not great. I ordered a bouquet with balloons and paid for expedited, same-day delivery. The flowers arrived one week later to their destination. The bouquet was different from the one ordered, no balloons and the flowers were dead and smelled of rot. I called customer service who then required me to submit photos to be considered for a refund. I contacted them numerous times with no response. Weeks later they offered me a 15% discount. Id give zero stars if I were able to. Wish I would have done my due diligence in researching this company before ordering from them. Most reviews are not good.

I ordered flowers/standing spray for my cousin's wake/funeral to be delivered 6/11/24. According to the confirmation, the spray would be delivered between 9 & 6 pm. I arrived at the funeral home around 6:00 pm and discovered they had not been delivered. I attempted to contact the company via phone and the online chat function almost immediately. The chat function only responded that they were working on retrieving the info and never went past that. I called several times and waited on hold which seemed like forever, I finally decided to choose the option to have them call me back. I finally received a call back at 7:50 pm where I was informed that they were unable to deliver the flowers because they did not have the flowers I ordered. I questioned why was I not informed about this sooner to which the person only repeated that they were unable to provide the flowers I ordered. I was then asked if I wanted to choose something else to be delivered the next day. I informed the rep that I was no longer interested in doing business with their company. The lack of communication, the fact that I had to reach out to find out what was going on was bad business and demonstrated to me that they were unreliable. Think twice before doing business with this unreliable irresponsible company.

This company is a scam and will be in for it on judgment day with their dishonesty. Knowingly ripping customers off by not delivering what they ordered and then keeping the profits; they should be ashamed of themselves. They did deliver 'something' but it might as well have been dandilions because it was no where in the ball park of what i ordered. And no matter who I spoke to on their end, they only would refund me $26 out of $120! Totall scam.

I ordered flowers from what I thought was a local florist that was using this delivery service company. When I tried to check my order, I got a virus on my computer. I called the phone number in the email confirmation to get an update on expedited delivery and was told the delivery was still on the truck. I requested a refund of the expedited fee. Still waiting on refund and delivery. I have reported fraud to my credit card company.

This is not a florist. It is a third party scam.Ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific day. I received confirmation that the flowers were delivered. I checked with the recipient and they did not receive the flowers. I called Blossom Flower Delivery and they said there was a delay because the flowers I ordered were not in stock. I throw to cancel the order but they would not let me. They said they would deliver a better arrangement the next day. Those flowers never arrived. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the charge.Nothing but a scam.

Horrible. The recipient of the flowers I ordered shared a picture with of what was delivered. It was a far cry from what I actually ordered. The bouquet was less then half of what it should be and looked nothing of the arrangement I had ordered. They did NOT adjust what they charged for it even though it was obviously a lot less expensive. I want my money back. I let them know as much and no one at this business is yet to respond. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

This company takes your money and never delivers the flowers,. I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 28th. Today is May 31st. Still no flowers. They took $100 from be. I received nothing from them! They are HORRIBLE

I can't tell if it's a scam or just an incredibly poor run company. I ordered a plant basket and was never delivered 6 days later. Kept getting emails saying unable to deliver today. Waited in line for over an hour to speak with someone and ended up getting a recording. Someone did call me back but wouldn't answer my questions like where they were located. Ended up canceling and calling my bank. DONT USE!!!!

Awful!!!! Two Mother's Day orders were not delivered. **************** is horrible, it took me two full weeks on hold and emailing to finally get my refund. Will never trust this service again!
