      I ordered 2 arrangements which they got very confused about. There were several communications, about 4, by the company asking me the same question over and over again. My response was always the same, but then they would ask again. The worst part is that the tulips arrangement was disgusting. The tulips were showing signs of age, the minute they arrived. My even was 24 hours later, and I had to throw them out, before my even ever took place.I told the company and got NO RESPONSE!

      I paid extra to get same day delivery but when the flowers still hadn't arrived that night, I tried calling, texting, emailing but no answer. They delivery a half dead dozen roses the next afternoon and they were completely different then what I ordered.

      What I ordered was nothing like what they delivered. After many attempts at contacting them through various forms of communication, I heard NOTHING. If I could rate with no stars, I would! Terrible customer service, or lack thereof. And terrible product.

      ****. Do not use this company. Fortunately I used my **** card to purchase and they reversed the charges immediately. There are over 1000 1 star reviews here and dont know how they can show 4.3 stars on ****** reviews unless they somehow generated themselves. This company should be investigated.

      This is by far the absolute worst experience Ive ever had sending flowers. They were supposed to be delivered the same day they were not they were marked as delivered, and they could not prove to me that they were. They were supposed to send out in an arrangement the next day. They did not. This all happened on a Thursday by the way. There was an arrangement delivered the following Tuesday and it looked like it was made the previous Thursday. It was terrible. I was in contact with someone named ***** and she was trying to assure me that everything was going to be fine. Heres where it gets interesting Not only was the flower arrangement delivered by an Amazon driver. But when I called to order the flowers, they asked me if I wanted to tip the driver. Which I did. Now, if this is being delivered by ******, who is getting that tip?? So per they are terrible return policy. They only gave me back half of the shipping fee. I also demanded the tip back. An interesting she didnt give me any problems about that. That is fraud. I hope somebody at the Better Business Bureau reads this and does something about it. I live out of state, but Im going to find out who else I can contact who can look into what these people are doing.

      Never deal with these people. Wrong flowers delivered. Double-billed for same. Lied about not receiving emailed pictures of wrong flower delivery. Not responsive to emails after 1st complaint. This is a scam operation to be avoided at all costs. Zero stars, not one star.

      I wish I had checked BBB before ordering from this company: 1. They lie about how much flowers will cost. They say flowers will only cost a certain amount and that there will be no delivery fee and then they tack on the equivalent of a delivery fee calling it something else. 2. They lie about when flowers will be delivered. Mine said 4 hours and that was 5 days ago. 3. They do not respond to emails. They do not answer phones.

      Horrible!!!!! I spent $81 on a huge arrangement of flowers and balloons for my moms bday, they arrived 10 hours late, left them outside of her home in ******* to ****, they never rang the doorbell the flower arrangement was so small, looks like they picked them of of the side of the road. Balloons never delivered. HORRIBLE!! Shut them down please!!

      I gave one star because I can't leave a review without a star rating. My choice of star rating would be negative numbers if they were available! Worst florist ever! I am currently on hold with customer service for the fourth time! Ordered an arrangement for a funeral and it was never delivered. I called that day and finally was able to get a call back from customer service after multiple voice messages and emails. **************** apologizes and offers to deliver them that night to the home but again no flowers were delivered. I have requested a total refund to my credit card but I have not received a response. The various phone numbers I have run across for them do not get answered and the one line that answers always says I am the 21st caller in line. Every. Single. Time. My next phone call will be to the *******************************. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR VENDORS LICENSE REVOKED!!!!!
