This business has contacted me several times by letters first and recently has contacted me by phone. The letter says I owe ******* which is incorrect. They called me trying to get information like my social security number to verify me. These letters have different business name on them such as ( ********/**********************, **********. One of the letters has Servicer - **********************,*** ******** ) I never asked these people for a title loan and don't know who they are and I'm tried of them harassing me. I don't know how they got my information and I believe I've been victim of identity theft.

******* ** **** Paid account balance to Loanmart. The contract was fulfilled and the company has not returned my car Title and continues to ignore my phone calls and emails. This is fraud and illegal. I am trying to sell my car and cannot because loanmart refuses to return my car Title even after the loan was paid in full last month. Not only that but they are still reporting that the account is open with a balance to all 3 credit business Bureau which is false.

I had a title loan with loanmart that was paid off November 2021. The account was closed 12/08/2021 and I, nor the third party contact have received the title. This is preventing me from properly closing the third party account and Loanmart will not return calls, emails, and hold times are more then 1 hour with no luck in speaking to a representative. Loanmart no longer has legal rights to hold my title. I need this corrected immediately.

I took out a loan for **** dollars with loan mart wheels financial in august with payments up to 332 dollars a month. The payments where supposed to go down overtime. In October I was laid off from my job and was struggling just to pay rent. I Later called loan mart to figure out possible payment options for my loan since I knew I wouldn't be able the amount close to 300 at all. Even though I would receive many emails and texts messages about possible payment options, I was told that I had to pay the full amount because I haven't made 12 payments. I have paid a total of 730 dollars and my loan was for **** dollars.

In October 2021, I ******* ***** received a title loan for ***** on my 2012 gmc sierra white exterior with Grey interior and federal license plate on back bumper. I was past 10 days of making my first payment because I couldn't log in to my loanmart account. I have tried calling and emailing loanmart about the situation all while in and out of the hospital. The payment of $356.22 was do on November 05th and I just couldn't get anything going with loanmart. On December XX XXXX, loanmart sent out a wrecker guy to pick up my truck. I finally got ahold of loanmart by phone and try to explain my situation and how I couldn't log into my account and they called me a liar and took my truck anyway. By the way, I am going through the whole prostate cancer process which was caused by stress from trying to get my son back in my custody. Meanwhile, the wrecker guy gave me a card with a company name and a phone number to call to get my truck. I called the number on the card and they will not tell me where my truck is. Loanmart will not tell me where my truck is. I feel like I have been scammed and I am hoping that someone can help me get my truck back even though I do owe on the loan. Loanmart needs to help me with my account and not block me. Yes, loanmart blocked my calls and emails. I have proof they blocked my emails. Needless to say, I never got anywhere near the 60 days they talked about in the agreement. When I did finally get ahold of someone from loanmart via phone, the lady was so loud and rude and calling me names. They also sent me a letter saying they are selling my truck. Please contact me via: email- *************@yahoo.com Or Text XXX XXX-XXXX My name is ******* ***** and I am too tired and sick to be dealing with crooked people. Thank You ******* *****

Distrustful company. I had a loan of about ***** 3 years ago. When I lost my job, representatives assured me they would work with me after being a few weeks late. After their assurances and being maybe a month behind, they took the car. I had made several payments during the course of the loan. They sent me a settlement statement months ago saying they had sold the car and the net they were out was about $350 or so. However they are reporting that I still owe them $**** on my credit reports. How can they sell my car for $***** or so, I paid them several payments, and they send me a settlement statement of a calculation saying the end result was that I owed $350 and yet they still report $*****?

I took out a title loan from 800LOANMART a few years ago for a car i had. Within months of getting the loan, my car broke down and ended up in the mechanic shop. As I didn't have the money to get it fixed it sat in the shop. I notified 800LOANMART that I no longer had the vehicle and where it was located. As of October 2021 it has been 3 years and these charges are still going up in collections. At the time of getting this loan I was falsely informed by the loanmart staff And pressured into getting the loan. The loan was originally for $**** and has now gone up to $*****. 1800LOANMART is a crooked and corrupt company stealing from good hearted people. Please help me get this resolved for This burden to be removed from my life.

A loan was initiated on 11.11.21 with a 93% interest rate over the term of 36 months for 4,500 in a title loan. I have been unable to speak with a representative in regards to future payments and setting payment on account. I keep getting calls that the company has been trying to contact me and to give a callback. I called back and was unsuccessful on all attempts. I am requesting a void of the contract along with my car title returned to me immediately. If resolution can not be, I will be forwarding this information to the Department of Veteran Affairs, Department of Defense, Attorney's General Office of California, Ohio, and Virginia, also the Class Action suit which is currently ongoing.
