      These people are alone sharks they literally miss a payment within 48 hours they were repo your vehicle and charge you for everything please be aware of this company

      Kelyn (my loan officer) was amazing! She covered everything up front and efficiently so when asked if I had any questions, I couldn't think of one single thing! The team are polite, making sure to always ask how I am doing throughout the entire process, and the company itself is beyond reasonable. There have no hidden fees and are willing to work with you if you are having any issues making a payment on time. All payments are reported almost immediately to the credit bureaus and this is not a loan company out to claim your collateral or leave you stuck with unanswered questions. They are communicative and understanding of various situations; never threatening you with default or repossession (if you get a title loan). I was always provided ample time to make my payment if Amy issues arose and I didn't have to stress about making a payment AND vehicle repossession. I advise anyone considering a title loan to do business with LoanMart. As long as you show willingness to make your payments, they will always be willing to work with you...not against you! Highly recommend!!!!!

      The company is super friendly, the process is a bit lengthy but overall the experience was great. Everyone was super friendly, this is the 2 time they have saved me with a loan. The loan officers help you through out the entire process.

      Um, that was easier than I thought it would be. Customer service was excellent, and let me know exactly what I needed to submit. I did a title loan and my loan officer was amazing, made sure my loan was processed on time. Didnt even have to put a gps tracker in my car, but unlike alot I plan to pay it off. Thanks for the help Loanmart!
