            Hello, i recently filed a complaint with the company GOAT who recently returned my item using Returnmates, who then hands off to carrier Swyft for final mile delivery. Unfortunately, my item was never delivered nor can anyone locate the item. Tracking number is as follows cqs223823amg008bbek0.******************************************************************** Goat order was:103363038 I am suspecting theft is involved here and needs to be investigated.

            They took my item worth $500+, charged me for a return service, and did not return the item. I then heard nothing. After many follow up emails, the item was finally returned to me, but the return window had passed. *************

            Unfortunately, we did not receive the correct shipping label for this item. As a result, we were unable to send it out for the customer. We asked for the correct label, but the customer mentioned it was now past the return window and we returned the item back to her.
