4 starsThe products and jewelry pieces themselves are wonderful, however customer service and shipping times are less than perfect. Some of my orders take almost a month to arrive although they advertise 3-7 days to ship. I would not recommend ordering if you are on a holiday or birthday deadline but otherwise I will continue to buy.Review fromMeghan J

1 starMy family frequently buys bath bombs with the occasional bit of candles and we've had several issues in the past where we purchase 6+ bath bombs and the rings are all the same exact ring which is frustrating when spending $20+ on a single bath bomb. I recently had this issue again with the Book of the Dead bathbombs, out of all 6 of the rings, only one was different which ***** because I am a huge history fan and I was so excited for those peices.Review fromChristy B

They advertise the Sterling silver bath bomb, and when a plated ring came inside they refused to give me a refund telling me that the bath bomb was intact and so nonrefundable, and that the jewelry on the inside was just a bonus accessory. Except, the prices on their website reflect differently if it has a sterling silver ring inside and all the ingredients are still the same so that doesnt make any sense.Looking for a lawyer at this point.Fragrant Jewels LLC

Dear Ms. ****************** reviewing your account, we confirm that an order was placed on 11/16/24 under Order #FJ8170781 during our holiday sale promotion (Buy 5 Bath Bombs, Get 5 Free). This order included 4 American Bath Bombs. Additionally, a second order under the same order number contained 2 more American Bath Bombs.
On 11/24/24, you contacted our customer service team to report receiving rhodium-plated rings instead of sterling silver rings in the 6 bath bombs. You also requested a full refund.
As stated in our policy, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. In this case, the bath bombs you purchased were received, and the rings included are an accessory to the core product. Our primary business focus is the sale of candles and bath bombs, with the rings being an added feature.
However, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offered two resolutions:
1) Replacement Rings: Send 6 sterling silver rings to replace the incorrect rhodium-plated rings, allowing you to keep the incorrect rings as well.
2) Store Credit: Provide a $40 store credit, again with no need to return the incorrect rings.
We believe these options are more than reasonable and exceed standard practices for resolution. Unfortunately, we must maintain our policy that no refunds are applicable in this situation, as the bath bombs you purchased were delivered as ordered.

Hello again, *******. Id like potential consumers to know that ******* was the last employee I spoke with regarding this situation. *******, that was two weeks ago. I asked to speak to your supervisor and havent heard back. Have you escalated the case to them? The bath bombs did NOT come as described since I have a screenshot of the description on the website as having Sterling silver Rings. I restate my case. Bait and switch is fraud and is illegal. 1 starI had wanted to order one of these candles for a long time because it seemed like a fun idea. I finally ordered one to the tune of $65, before I ever got it the flooded my inbox with offers to buy more stuff. When my overpriced candle finally arrived tonight the jar is broken. I havent gotten to the ring yet, but I dont expect much. This has been an awful experience and it cost too much. I would never order again.Review fromKay S

5 starsVery happy with my first order, the products are amazing - very well packaged and I do feel like this is a high quality gift item (we love the jewelry, which I wasn't expecting to be as nice as it is!) 2 starsI used to love this company. They have interesting designs for their rings. Definitely not high quality, I tell people it's nice for costume jewelry. I've never had green residue, but I have had a blackish residue from wearing the rings. But here is where my real issue comes in. Their customer service is awful. I've contacted them many times, and they typically don't address the whole issue, just one point. Not to mention they say it takes about three weeks to get the product. For me it gets here just shy of a month. The product is supposed to be made, and shipped from **********, and I'm in *******. I have had packages take over a month to get to me before. I've had about 15-20% of my bath bombs crumble in some way as I'm taking them out of the package. The latest issue, I ordered from their cyber Monday sale. Boy, what a mistake this has been. They contacted me several times making sure I wanted to order duplicates of the bath bombs (which was a mystery deal they offered) which delayed my orders production by 5-7 days. I let them know I needed this by the 21st. 3 days ago it finally said it shipped, but the update I saw this morning now says it's in *****. ** is 6hours away from me, ************* ***** is 17 and half hours away. I highly doubt I'll receive my items in time. I will say their bath bombs are luxurious, and the colored ones are beautiful in the bath. The candles are too light in scent and not worth the money. I love their sugar scrubs. If only they could fix their shipping process, and customer service.Review fromAmy S

5 starsI was surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have been purchasing from FJs for years. Ive had a few bath bombs come damaged, but they always promptly replaced them. I did have one bad experience with a candle turning the ceiling above it black from soot. It was not close at all to the candle that was on a table. I stopped burning it after a few more attempts with the same result. That has been my only complaint though. Ive been wearing the rings for quite a while and they have never broken, tarnished, or left my finger unnaturally green like cheap metal is want to do. **************** has always been friendly and helpful in my experience. 5 starsThis is my favorite company ever. The customer service is awesome. I have a monthly subscription and due to a website error I was getting the wrong sized ring and when I emailed them about it, they sent me two packages that month. I also had to cancel my September package and they sent it anyway free of charge. I have only not liked one candle so far and I've been a customer since March, but the ring was still beautiful. The only negative-ish things about the company is they do send out a lot of emails and you have to buy something besides a subscription to get your reward with points but that's pretty fair.
