June 2022 I had my car towed to the shop I was advised that it would cost $600 to get the car running. I received a phone call. He told me that it needed 40 psis to start and it was just under that I believe may be 37 and then I would need a new engine. He said he would look for one months went by. I have documentation of text messages that *** sent him asking about the engine and he kept giving me the runaround when I asked for my car after I gave up he told me he owed $1500. The car does not run and it has not been fixed. He never got authorization passed the $600 and he has been holding my car hostage since then when I messaged him he also made a comment that he thought I didnt want my car because I hadnt picked it up and in reality I dont have $1500 for a vehicle that does not run that I did not authorize the amount over the $600. He told me to take him to court and Im just not sure how a business like this can be running. When I told him I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau he said oh my God please dont in a sarcastic manner. . I am hoping that this website is a place that can rectify matters such as this and its not a joke.

I took my vehicle to get repaired. A motor was replaced that i ordered online. It was a rebuilt and warrantied motor from overseas. It took Bryant's automotive 6 months to replace the motor. And it sat in there shop over 7 months prior to the 6 months after the motor was ordered and delivered to their shop. Again the motor was rebuilt and warrantied from a company out if *** ******. During this time period ******* the owner of the shop I felt was not telling me the truth about the issues he was having with motor that was ordered. (Timing chain issue along with two coils that he said we're not working) I checked with the company where I ordered the motor and they mentioned to me that the motor had went thru a thorough inspection before leaving their business. Now I believe the company I ordered the motor from more than I do Bryant's. Just for the mere that ******* mentioning that he couldn't find a motor for my 2005 Mazda6 the seven months that it sat in his shop not being looked at. I also paid ******* 2100 total for the labor work to replace the motor in my car and couldn't get a receipt from him when I paid the last installment of 600$. The same day I picked up my car with in 25 miles the motor to my car gave heavy misfire and for some reason there was no transmission fluid in the transmission causing it to give out. I mentioned to ******* that I needed these things checked transmission and motor before I picked it up. I strongly feel that during the year that my car sat in there shop they emptied out the transmission and oil to the car and forgot to put transmission oil in the transmission. I've called them the very next day and mentioned this to *******. And he's denied that he had anything to do with my transmission yet in talking with his son there at the shop we talked about it and he said that they took a look at it and all was fine. Well today I have a broken down the day after picking it up from his shop. I need some assistance please. Thank you
