Fight Fast response to this should be interesting. I was a hot list member for many years and have spent hundreds of dollars on them and never had an issue. Until.....Recently my credit card was compromised and we entered a freeze with the institution. At the same time, I had an order pending from Fight Fast. The order arrived and I assumed all was good. Last week, I attempted to place and order and got a pop up notice that I was blacklisted. As I have been a constant, steady customer, I was perplexed. Good luck to any of you who need to deal with customer service. I tried their phone number several times, intending to straighten this out. I am guessing they have no one who speaks english at the phone line as it always referred to network outage. I then attempted several times to rectify by email and each time I received a response that transaction was closed and I was blacklisted. Keep in mind that at time of purchase they request your email, phone no. and address. At no time did they make an attempt to contact me about the dispute. My last email to them explained even if I am banned, at least let me make it right on their end financially. To my surprise, they had no interest. I find it hard to believe they would cast aside a "loyal, long term" customer without effort to resolve. I only imagine their accounting ***** is a circus because there are some clowns running it. Why would a company refuse payment due from a customer? Again, good luck if you ever have to deal with that end of the business.

This customer emailed our customer support team on 9/26/24 we replied to the customer via email multiple times regarding his status with our company and that he issued a charge back against our company. This customer did not contact our customer support team prior to disputing the purchase. The funds from this customers order has been completely removed plus an additional $20 penalty was imposed upon our account due to this charge back, as we have already informed the customer. Seems they kept my Debit card number from a past order. Unexpectedly a box just arrived with 3 humongous Bowie knives which didn't order. I called Fastfight and they replied they had no record of this order. The box was sent by TRS, also at **************************************************** ! Are they puppet companies? TRS says I have a year to return them but shipping is $15. This customer has only placed 1 order with our company. The order placed was for a total of 3 commando knives. The only correspondence with this customer has been an email the customer sent Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at ******* that stated "Yes, Please proceed with this order."
The customer does need to return 2 of the 3 Command knives within the warranty period in order to receive a complete refund of the purchase price.
Per the terms and conditions that the customer agreed to at the time he placed his order, the customer is responsible for returning the commando knives in order to receive a refund.
This customer does not have an order with our company for "Bowie Knives" as we do not sell or offer ***** Knives at our company. If the item the customer is referring to are for ***** Knives he may have ordered them from an affiliate company or a different company entirely.

This means we use a secure and approved third party source to gather credit card, debit card or any other payment information.

I work in the Tactical Security and ***************************** and have been ordering products and training from Fight Fast. These guys are not only legit but are some of the best in this business. Orders are always on time and billing and tracking are always sent to me. They have over the line equipment and it is well worth the money spent. I have spent over 28 years in these businesses and when I need some top flight stuff; get it from Fight Fast. I have purchased multiple products from TRS FIGHTFAST. Received order receipt Instantly each time. Received products, VERY pleased with them and the ease of use on site. I saw some negative reports and just wanted to say I've been on the "hot list" for some time. I've always received orders exactly as described. I have purchased several pretty decent knives at a fair price with no complaints. Tracking is a bit wonky sometimes but mybproduct has always arrived as promised. Thanks, ****Fight Fast

This order was placed on November 27th and shipped on November 28th Via DHL eCommerce. We sent the customer tracking on December 1st and again on December 4th. The tracking for this order shows an estimated delivery date of December 8th and we explained to him that all shipping carriers do experience delays during the holidays.The customer did not respond to our emails other than to copy, paste, and resend his original email back to us 37 times.Review fromKenneth N
