    When ***** came out initially to our house, they had assured me that the tile on the roof would be suitable for Solar installation. Once the work was started, they broke several tiles on the roof and the majority of them needed to be replaced. The crew Manager informed me that they should have never put the solar on the roof due to the special tile we had and that the initial crew was very careless and should have been more careful. Installation and several tiles later the solar was finished. I had to call them a few times since my sunroom was leaking (it had never leaked in over 30+ years) due to them walking on sunroom roof and broke the seals. I had to call them again about the sunroof leaking and found out they were out of business. Who is going to maintain the solar panels and make sure they are working correctly? I had to finance the panels and paid $58K since they told me it would be beneficial to own them. Now I'm stuck for 30+ years of payment and roof is***s. Is there a way to *** them or get help from anyone? Who is taking over for them?

    kuubix installed my solar and has yet to provide enough electricity to my house. I have called multiple times and left emails. I have 44 ****** and i am using half of what i was quoted for and my ****** usage has been cut in half yet i still have a true up bill , when i call they tell me ur house id producing which i get but they had me buy extra panels for going over usage and im still not making enough....

    I had solar installed by kubix and they did multiple holes in my roof to install solar and never sealed back in and the roof is now leaking from where the solar was installed and the business is closed now and i dont know what to do. There is warranty on my system and roof by the kunix company.

    We had solar panels installed less than a year ago (February of 2023). They are not functioning properly and I'm pulling electric and owe a lot to SCE for using energy. I paid over $70k and was assured I'd produce enough solar and excess to not have to pay much to SCE electric usage. This is clearly not the case. I have received no communication regarding who the trustee company is and I have no resources to provide any assistance.

    **** was found and is creating damages to our home. Damages were done on the installation of the solar panels that were installed by Kuubix Energy. Claim was placed and initial scope of repairs and work was done to check for moisture and mold, after these repairs all contact with me has been avoided and I have called and reached them and the only message I received that due to unforeseen circumstances they can no longer assist me and a trustee company will be handling the wind down of Kuubix. I still have not heard from anyone yet and I need repairs to be made on my roof. It is raining and there is still a leak and more water damage is occurring. Company is still active and they are responsible for the damages I am incurring on my home so I would just want a resolution with repairs being handled on the damages.

    I am having the same issue as many others with this company and their financing partner. The installation of our 28 panel ground array was supposed to be completed about a year and half ago (around May of 22) but it is still incomplete and non-functional. Kuubix has repeatedly said that they acknowledged this issue and were trying to get the final step, an inspection, performed so that the array could be put into service. This never happened. Now Mosaic, which appears to be their financing wing, is asking for their money while acknowledging that the unit is not complete and that the company (Kuubix) has gone out of business. I cant say why they paid Kuubix before the job was actually complete but it seems odd. This deal also included an 18-month deferment of payments upon the completion of the installation, which still hasnt happened, but seemingly has come to an end in the eyes of Mosaic. I do NOT agree. I insist instead that this clock has not yet started ticking. The deferment of payments was based on the COMPLETION of the installation and not the date which one company, on their own, decides to pay the other company. Im not sure what to do at this time but I have spoken with an attorney. I feel that Mosaic and Kuubix may be acting with reckless disregard and no serious intent to fulfill the contract we all agreed upon.

    I had called kubix about 3 years ago to mi e panels because wanted to work o. My roof and get it checked. They did not respond. Finally last year during the winter and with all the rain we got ******* was leaking. ************** they sent solar panel guys and patched up something that did not work. I got serous wall damage and roof was still leaking. They sent someone else to worm on it. After the rain season. I tried reaching out to them recently because we got our first rain and it is still leaking in same spot. How can I get them or who ever is now in charge to fix this problem. I'm still paying for the panels why would I have to if they can't fix the problem they created.

    I bought a solar system from ***** in 2022 and didnt get it working until 10 month later. Now after the system worked for about 8 month it is out of service for about 4 month. Kuubix went out of business I was told and cant get anyone to contact. In the meantime I have to pay for a system that doesnt work.Can someone help?

    I *************************** contracted Kubbix Solar for $21,000 for a solar system that was supposed to produce 4.4 kWh . It has never produced more than 3.3 kWh I have contacted them multiple times the last time was 8/21/23 which the poc ******* said he would get someone to look into it. I never received a response and tried to call again no one answered and the voicemail said it was full. I contracted them for a specific amount of kWh and paid the price quoted There are no shade issues or obstruction of the panels the system was installed in April of 2023 virtually new.
