    Company does not stand behind their work. They hide behind their answering machine. They installed solar panels on my roof, which is now leaking and they won't return my calls. They "promise responses within 48 hours" after a week I have nothing from them.

    My solar panels stop producing energy and everytime I call Kuubix to come look at them, it takes months. Im making payments for the loan and my light bill. No point in having solar panels if they don't work for months on end.

    My experience with Kuubix has been very good so far. We are all set up and should start seeing the solar power provided on our next PG and E bill. Fingers crossed we are getting enough solar power from our panels as we are using in the household each day. Had the house reroofed they did an excellent job. I am very happy so far.

    After having had a horrible experience with another solar company that did not deliver on the production that I needed for my home, I eventually decided to get a second set of solar panels with Kuubix and I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were efficient and timely and great with communication and delivered what was promised. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience and easy. I highly recommended this company.

    We had a larger 29 panel installation put on our roof. The design and scheduling took 4 to 5 months to complete. We’ve had a couple minor issues but overall a solid installation by Kuubix. They’ve been responsive in helping set up the app as well. Happy customer here!

    Kuubix staff was professional and did what they were contracted to do. I did have one minor problem with the electrical box, contacted Kuubix, and they came back timely and resolved the issue. I highly recommend Kuubix for Solar Panel and Installation.

    The Representative that I dealt with was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable on the whole solar power installation and what I needed. He kept me well informed the whole time of the process!
