    This place is horrible and discriminatory to minorities or people who are ".different"In addition they have 3 different prices for it's renters which are based on there hidden believes or attitudes.

    I went to check in and my confirmation had one price and the hotel manager had me call agoda to confirm the price if my room. Keep in mind that I have stayed at this hotel many many times and never had any complaint. However on July 23 2023 the hotel tried ro charge me almost $30 more then the price agoda gave me. Now I thought the customer is always right. The manager had me call agoda and the lady ib the phone told the manager the same price that I had. My conformation email also stated included tax and fees. To my knowledge that means the tax and fee have already been added. The hotel staff tried to tell me something different. And insisted even after I called agoda that the price given was wrong and would not honor the price I was given from agoda. So I left and went to a different hotel. If anyone is planning on staying at any hotel in **************** I suggest you stay away from The Franciscan Inn 955 South Santa fe. Because they will charge you more than what you should be paying and not *********** in the world. They won't honor the price you are suposta pay but try to charge you when you don't check in. Thank you **************************************
