capital Care patrol has destroyed my life. A couple months ago I ended up in the *********** due to stress over my housing situation. For some reason that even the VA Does not know why, Care patrol was asked to help me. they are a for profit company that helps elders find housing and get a commission from the places they put us. Care patrol did not set up any protocols for 2orking with the VA. When care patrol got me at Diamond Ridge they said I did not have to worry about my last lease. Well the landlord did not get the memo and as a result I had to pay an extra **** in rent because care patrol did not know what they were talking about and the land lord wanted a letter from the VA saying I was moving to a higher level of care, when the VA refused to provide such a letter I ended up with an extra rent payment that I should not have had to pay in Care patrol knew what it was doing. Care patrol lied about the place I was going. I am a 100% disabled veteran who had retired to *******. I lost everything I owned and own no furniture very few clothes and now have a ****.00 bill that I should not have had. Al, I wanted was a safe place to live while I recovered. Instead, care patrol told me how great and safe Diamond ridge was. I was touched inappropriately by another make resident, there were pit bulls (2) living in an over 55 facility with people in walkers that never go outside. The food is inedible causing me to have a 600 a month food bill when food is supposed to be included. The bus that care patrol said Diamond ridge had, had not been registered, inspected or insured for 8 months!!! care patrol lied to me to get into a place where I was touched inappropriately and lost money. I am now basically homeless living in hotels because I made the mistake of accepting care patrols help. care patrol owes me ****.00 for the rent I had to pay because of their incompetence.

Care patrol franchise owner disclosed to family members of a guest that this writer was not working with him (***) regarding placement for their father. Their father had been deemed incapacitated and wife was acting authority on behalf of guest. *** called APS and claimed myself was unsafe discharge planning a guest and provided wrong information to the State worker. *** also kept working with the daughters and not the wife even after the wife had stated to *** multiple times that she no longer needed his services as her husband was already placed. *** then contacted myself to inquire about referrals being sent to *** and Memory cares on behalf of the daughters. I contacted wife and let her know that these were requested and she declined referral to be sent. *** continued to request referrals to be sent against wifes request/involvement. *** also proceeded to inform me that things were going to get hairy in regards to the family dynamic and facility discharge planning.
