A few weeks ago I came into this establishment and sat at the bar. It was quite busy and there was karaoke playing. I waited to be served but it took a few minutes to be acknowledged but a gentleman told me he would be right with me. He was making a drink so of course I would wait. then he poured a bunch of shaken shots and proceeded to go in the back with these shots and the gentleman and the lady bartender and a few employees went back there, and I am assuming they took these shots. It took a few minutes for them to return but they eventually did, and I got my beer. I eventually ordered some chicken strips (mediocre) but what wasn't expecting much just needed some food to nibble on while enjoying the people singing and dancing. I think the manager/owner that while I sat there for a couple hours these employees proceeded to have MULTIPLE shots while most employees that I saw the whole night would all disappear behind the bar. Not a good look for employees to be drinking on the clock and I think it is a huge liability for the owner. It was hard to watch since I have 3 young adult children and all I could think about was them driving home and something happening to them due to all the alcohol consumed.

We had a very negative experience dining at the Greenery. The service was terrible, which we were able to overlook; however, after we paid, we were confronted by the waitress regarding her 20% tip. She made it clear to us that she was displeased and wanted more. We stated we felt 20% was very appropriate considering the service issues. She continued to argue and reprimand us. It was so uncomfortable that the table next to us chimed in and said they had never witnessed anything like it and they would not be returning either.
