We started to see *********** last year to help my son practice his mouth muscle. I asked her whether she has a plan or goal at the beginning, and she said no. And she repeated the same thing during each class. During the fourth class, and I said we have to drive 2 hours each way to see you and you only taught us 3 things ( 2 are the same that she taught during her second session), can you add more information or stuff and we can learn from you to teach my son at home? And she said no because she doesnt have anything to teach. Also I saw another kid who took the class after my sons session and she taught him more, and I asked her how many classes he took , she saw that boys schedule and said more than more son but refused to say anything because I already complained she did not do her job well and did not do anything. During our fourth session, I asked her again to teach us more alternative skills to help my son , and she said no! This we think she is not capable of her work, not responsible, very rude to customers especially she yelled at me a couple of times, and we are super disappointed and dissatisfied with her work and attitude, and we ask bbb to get our all money back as a compensation of waste of our time and rude attitude, which is super bad to our son.
