    I signed up with hair le vie for a subscription for the lash boost 8/24. Did not feel the product worked as advertised at all. I cancelled the subscription via phone, the women reassured me the subscription was cancelled in October of 2024. On 12/30/24 they charged my credit card and the product showed up 2 days later. I have not opened the product, I dont want the product, nor do I want to be charged any more. I currently cannot seem to find any way to contact them.

    The company automatically set up my card to be charged for a monthly subscription. I DID NOT authorize this. I have requested the subscription be cancelled and my account be refunded. This is extremely shady. I made a one time purchase from their website over two months ago. I never subscribed.

    I signed up for a subscription last year. I canceled it because I was not happy. Everything was fine and then a couple weeks ago. I get an email that my order is shipping. So I contact them and they told me they stopped the order and I would not be charged. Then shipment shows up at my house. I responded to the person helping me told them I received the order but went to cancel it. No one is responding. Their website makes it impossible to cancel it. I also cannot remove my credit card information from the website. I dont know what else to do, and I dont want to keep receiving shipments from them.

    Two months ago, I requested Hair La Vie cancel my subscription; however, they have not canceled it and sent me another order. Therefore, I again requested the subscription be canceled and an address to remit the current order.

    I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months and have called and left messages but never receive a call back. My next order was shipped out and received today. I was trying to cancel before this next shipment went out, but no one ever called me back. Please cancel my subscription.

    I have had a subscription every 3 months for La Vie Hair Support capsules for $134.95 / shipment. On June 8 my endocrinologist told me I had to stop it in preparation for surgery. I have tried to reach them in the only way they allow cancellation, by phone to no avail because they never answer as documented by the many complaints that BBB had received .please assist me if you can.*******************************

    On 6/24/24 I cancelled my subscription. Same day they shipped order anyway and charged my credit card. Order has not been delivered yet so I have been trying to contact the company to find out how to have package returned and get credit. Phone puts my call on hold a long time but no representative answers.

    Customer called in on November 18th, 2024 and asked to cancel, spoke with an associate that advised she could postpone, customer agreed and they postponed the date from 11/24/2024 to 6/24/2024. Customer called in on 6/24/2024 at ******* to cancel however the order had already shipped out and we were unable to stop it, customer can contact us to obtain a return label to send back the last shipment for a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: After the product arrived I called to make a return. I was told that I would have to pay return shipping. I asked for a return label but was told I have to pay for shipping, period. I have returned the product; the box was never opened. *** shows the product was delivered 7/18/24 11:51am to the Lindon UT address, received by ******. I should be refunded $218.10 that I paid for the product plus $16.45 for return shipping. When I called to stop the shipment it was in response to an email that I had just received that the product was to be shipped. I never received a prior email (was told I should have received a reminder). I acted as promptly as I could.

    I have been trying to cancel this service to no avail. I have called with no answer. I am wanting to cancel my subscription immediately. They make it hard for subscribers to cancel an unwanted service. Not fair to the buyer at all. Current shipment has been shipped which is fine but I no longer want this service and need it canceled immediately.

    I started using hair le vie about 3 months ago and I haven't noticed changes in my hair and simply cannot afford it. I have not been able to cancel my subscription. There is nothing on the website to cancel subscription just to skip a month. I've sent countless emails all go unresponsive. I have called and my calls go unanswered. All I wish to do is cancel this subscription.

    I have tried to cancel the beauty box subscription that I was placed in when I placed my first order; however, each time I try it only allows me to skip a month stating that a subscripiton can not be cancelled after it has shipped. It prompts me to call a number, but when I do no one answers. Futhermore; I have reached out via email and not received a response.
