    Had some issues with getting it connected. Support was able to quickly help and resolve all my issues. Call took less than 20 minutes to resolve everything. Support was great.

    Phoenix Android Radios provided great customer service. Their method of resolution was very effective. Their website gives specific insturctions as to how to setup an appointment with their support technicians. Once setup, my technician phoned me right on time with a ****** Meet link (other methods are available) allowing us to talk and see the situation together. The tech remained on the line with me, involving the product engineers, too, when necessary to resolve the issue. Needless to say, as often is the case, it was a user error, as I had made an improper connection. Once the technician had me correct the connections, problem solved! We stayed on the phone for almost an hour, but it was time well spent. Thanks, ***, for your service!

    Excellent product and wonder support. *** received better support than the name brand companies like ******, ***, *********** and etc not only do they respond very fast, they are very respectful. Definitely glad I am a customer! My old 2010 ****** Sequoia now feels like Im driving a new car. ****** helped me VIA remote support and she was so nice and patient. Thank you so much!

    I bought a Tesla-style radio/display from their website for my ****** Titan and could not be happier. The shipping was super fast. The screen is much larger than the stock one. Android Auto and Apple Carplay work great with no issues. AC and steering control work with no issues. Their customer service and technical support could not be better. I greatly recommend them. I will buy other units for my other cars.

    Very good customer service I had a self inflicted problem with their emails and Phone calls we **** able to figure out my problem week cooking with crisco now everything is working as it should

    **************** when it comes to ordering is hit or miss but when you need tech support for installation support or help with the unit itself they are stellar. I had a couple operational issues after install and contacted tech support and was squared away in no time. I love the head unit!
