    I had been communicating with a salesman (*****) for several days a new Nissan Sentra to purchase. On July 23rd we agreed on a price- $1,000 over MSRP. ***** asked me to come to the dealership with my daughter (************) to complete the purchase. I have text messages to substantiate the agreement. My daughter and I arrived on the 23rd, test drove the vehicle, then told ***** we wanted to do the financing and purchase the vehicle at the agreed upon price. ***** agreed and we went inside the dealership. We filled out their financing application. A short time later, *****'s supervisor came out to talk to us. I believe his name is ***********. He advised that ***** did not have the authority to make that deal and the dealership would not sell the vehicle for that price. **** took no responsibility for *****'s agreement. I advised him that I drive down here because of the information ***** provided. I told **** this was a bait and switch and this was not right. **** did not care. I advised **** that I would purchase at the higher price because we driven all the way down here and my daughter liked the car. I also advised him that I would file a BBB complaint. I believe the general manager working in the 23rd was ************** My daughter received a loan to purchase the vehicle. Interest rate of 8.6% was very high. Believe it was punitive as I told him I was going to complain. Working on getting a new loan now.

    On May 07 morning around 8 o'clock I went to West Covina Nissan for a head light recall service and oil change. The service man said my radiator needed to be replaced but I refused after checking with my husband. I asked the man how long it would take to finish the jobs and was told at 11:00am my car would be good for pickup. I told him to call me as soon as the job was done because I had an appointment soon after ( in fact it was the procedure with this dealer before ). The man agreed with a cold face.

    Before going to the shop I called and got confirmation they had a shuttle for those live within 10 miles. I took the shuttle home and told the driver I needed a shuttle back when my car was ready. He said there would be no problem. At 11:57am no one called me so I called the shop and was told my car was ready. I booked a shuttle while talking to the receptionist. I was told the shuttle would arrive in 15 to 25 minutes. I waited till 12:15, no shuttle came, then I called again and got an answer I needed to wait 20 to 30 minutes more. Then I waited 30 minutes again but still no shuttle came. My neighbor heard my calls so he knew I had been waiting. As m y second appointment was almost late my neighbor drove me to the shop. No one (shuttle bus driver) called me until 1:16pm so I called back to ask if they truly had a shuttle bus to pick me up. I complained about that to the manager assistant ( didn't remember the position clearly ). Her answer was very brushing off, saying it was because of miscommunication, the driver was on his lunch. That was not a smart excuse because on two phone calls the receptionist said the driver was dropping another customer. I didn't know who was telling the truth but truth was there was no shuttle bus to pick me up.
    It was quite ironic that when I came back home that night an ad flyer was put on my table, it looked nice but I threw it to the trash bin after a simple glance. My experience was too much powerful than what was put on it.
