    Very unprofessional; poor customer service. My purchase of a Private Brand Label 240ct LipGloss Line was made in 0ctober of 2020. Unfortunately, that's around the Covid Pandemic. Once all businesses re-opened, I reached out to them.. they kept giving me the runaround. When I finally was able to get intouch with someone, all they could tell me is everything is in back order from the nationwide shutdown. I gave them ample time to have reached out with an update. I shouldn't have been the one sending emails & calling for updates. From Oct of 2020-present(end of August 2023), my order should have been top priority at this point!! I recently reached out a week ago via text inquiring about my order... again! Yet, no one has reached out. Needless to say... I expressed in my text that I was extremely disappointed & down right disgusted with the unprofessional tactics they did to avoid me. When asked about a refund they didn't hesitate to remind that there's "NO REFUND". Okay, well.... WHERE'S MY PRODUCT!! I PAID $1,400 FOR THE LIPPGLOSS LINE & AN ADDITIONAL $650 FOR THEM TO DO THE PRIVATE LABELING. I either want my product or my full money back!!! I called myself supporting a Black-Owned company that originated in my hometown, *******, ** & this is the thanks I get!!! Is this company actually scamming hard working individuals who's trying to make a living for their family during these unexpected trying times? That is unexcuseable behavior. I'm a single 42 yr old mother of two (10 & 6yr old). Honestly I went from being excited for taking a leap of faith toward generational wealth to feeling down right hoodwinked!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS SHAMELESS THIEVERY!!! From the looks of things, it seems as if their using this business as an actual scam for there own personal gain. I see they have several complaints during the same time I placed my order(during the Covid Pandemic). The consumers should be compensated & FROST COSMETICS LLC SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!
