I ordered flowers online to be delivered the same day, on Saturday morning 3/8/25.This is Monday night and the flowers have not been delivered. Flowers ordered 2/28/2025 before 2:00 pm Total cost $102.73 I located JUST FLOIWERS online for local delivery in ************, ** for a sympathy plant. Advertising online indicated same day delivery before 2:00 pm & NO DELIVERY FEE (charged $22.74 delivery). It was NOT delivered same day, and I was charged delivery FEE. No one called to indicate the plant was not delivered or would be late. I had to do the follow-up. I called Friday 2/28 evening and was told it was not delivered, and it would be delivered on Saturday 3/1, I called on Saturday afternoon and was told it was not delivered and would be delivered on Sunday 3/2, It was NOT delivered on Sunday as I called again on Monday, 3/3 and was told it would be delivered today on 3/3, so far it has not been delivered yet. This was an inconvenience as the service the plant was intended for was on (Saturday 3/1) and it has passed and still no plant delivered. First, the advertising was inaccurate and service horrible. My card was charged for delivery charge when it shouldn't have. I will not do business again with this establishment. What a disappointment. They only offered me a $10.00 credit I feel the entire amount should be refunded to my card.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I specifically asked the *** when ordering the morning of 2/28 will they be delivered as promised as on website same day as they were for a memorial service, and they assured me they would. The only reason I selected this company as the website indicated they will deliver to area/zip code.Flowers to arrive 3 days after the service and I had to follow-up on the delivery status, every day is unacceptable. After speaking to a Just Flowers ***resentative, she indicated she was management on Tuesday, 3/4 regarding the 3-day late delivery and why I wasn't made aware if they couldn't accommodate in a timely fashion, I was told "they have too many customers to communicate such issues" again this is unacceptable. You shouldn't be in business if your website indicates one thing, and you do another without informing the customer. I feel like this company mis***resented themselves and I'm due a total refund of the purchase. Bad business.

I placed an order for rose arrangement for February 14, 2025. I attempted to contact service provider multiple time without success until later in the evening. I was advised that the system was showed order was delivered. I informed the customer service representative that I work 100% from home and my wife is a stay at home mom. Assured him no one arrived and that we also had 24/7 security camera monitoring. He stated justflowers cannot refund me due to what system stated. When he attempted to call the local vendor they were closed. This is clearly an unfair business practice that enables them to not lose any money at the expense of the customer, since the customer has no other option than to accept their terms and wait.Business Response

Guarantee same day delivery . I ordered the day before Valentines Day and they did not deliver on Valentines Day. I called all day with no answer from a human agent. The customer placed this order with one of our sales representatives on 12/3/24 for same-day delivery. We immediately processed the order; however, we received a call from the customer, and she requested to put the order on hold for the mean time and advise us to wait for her callback for the delivery date. On 12/4/24, the customer called us and told us to proceed with the delivery on 12/5/24. The local florist confirmed it was successfully delivered on 12/5/24. We also included the proof of delivery from the customer for your reference.
The orders calls for Purple, yellow, and white flowers arranged low and compact in a brown square natural basket. Daisy mums, larkspur, button mums, sunflowers, few greens, and ***** ***** bear for $79.99 for the arrangement. Our website clearly states, "Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible," and our substitution policy is outlined both on the website and in the order confirmation email sent to the customer after placing the order.
On 12/5/24, the customer ****** *******, raised her concerns that the item did not match their expectations and felt that the delivered item was not what she ordered. She complained to us that the card message was incomplete, the color of the bear was wrong, and it was not filled to value. We personally called the florist to confirm the validity of the customer's claim. According to the local florist, they sent sunflowers, larkspurs, hot pink Lisianthus, yellow roses, blue Delphinium, greens, and filler in a basket with a Teddy ********************* conducted a thorough review of the provided picture from the customer. The local florist provided a fresh arrangement filled to the specified value and followed the recipe. The flowers were in excellent shape and did not show any signs of wilting or damage. We understand that there may have been certain differences in the final product that did not fully align with the customer's expectations.
The customer spoke with one of our managers, and we explained that the arrangement was filled to value for the amount paid and created as closely as possible according to our substitution policy, which was outlined on our website and in the email confirmation sent after the order was placed. During conversation, we apologized and offered to call the recipient or read the card message; she refused and advised her we do not guarantee a specific color of the teddy ***** As a gesture of goodwill, we offered the customer a $20 partial refund to her charge account, which she refused. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, the customer continued to dispute the charges and did not answer further phone calls, responding only via email to indicate her intention to pursue the dispute.Initial Complaint

I asked for physical proof of delivery and sent an actual photo of the recipients house and address. So far, nothing
This is turning into a full time job for me If they cant send a replacement, I want a refund

Monday, Jan 27th at 8:00am i ordered some flowers for a funeral service that was at 1:00pm on Tuesday, Jan 28th. The website stated that if the funeral is after 1:00pm, to pay for expediting to be safe.. I paid to expedite just in case since it was right there at the cut off window. I also ordered a banner that was supposed to go with the flowers and a card that was supposed to read the following: " In Loving Memory of a Cherished Mother. Our deepest condolences during this difficult time." - ********************** Family. the flowers did NOT make it in time of the funeral. They didn't show up until a day and a half AFTER the funeral on Wednesday, Jan 29th around 3:30PM. The banner that I ordered was not included and the card had misspelled words in the note. the note that was received read: "In loving memory of a CHERISH mother. Our Deepest SYMPATHY during this difficult time." - your **** ***** Center Family. I paid ****** total for everything. $86.99 for the flowers. $9.99 for the sympathy banner that was missing. $4.99 for the express delivery and then a $19.74 delivery fee. After bringing up these i was contacted by a manager that stated they would only give me a 10 dollar gift card. That doesn't even cover the banner that was missing. They express on their site how funeral flowers are their top priority and they will do everything in their power for funerals, yet this is how I was treated. We had to drive out of our way back up to the funeral home the next day to receive the flowers. I did not even receive a call that my order would NOT be making it in time of the funeral This was a terrible way to conduct business and one of the worst experiences i have had with an online order; especially during such a upsetting time like a funeral. To not be offered a full refund after all of those issues is astonishing. I will NEVER purchase flowers from justflowers.com again and will make sure everyone on my social networks are aware of how they conduct business.Business Response

I called in and paid for funeral arrangements to be sent to my sisters service. I was unable to attend the services as I was under the weather and they were out of town.I was assured they would be delivered before the service.I received an email stating that they spoke to the Pastor and the arrangements was delivered that day.
