    Judging by the reviews, I've come to the right place. I was terribly disappointed in the arrangement I sent upon my cousins death. I have experience in floral arranging, live and silks, and when I saw the picture of the arrangement I had sent, it looked as though it had been thrown together, with no regard for design. The flowers appear to be on the way out, in the front, and the other flowers are leaning way out, with no cohesiveness to design. All in all I was very disappointed and although I said I wanted nothing, other than to make them aware, I was gifted a $7.50 coupon for my next order. I won't be ordering from them again.

    I dont even what to give 1 star because its not even that good. This was the worst experience and this company failed on every standard they claim to hold themselves to. Do NOT buy from this company. Shame on me for not reading all of these poor reviews first. The occasion was missed, the flowers look awful, cheap and NOTHING like what I ordered. I wanted to cancel but was not allowed to, they almost committed theft with charging my account MORE without authorization and the MANAGER I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude. Im truly embarrassed by what was received and wasted a large amount of money. At least one of us learned from this experience. Do better.

Some of our arrangements have no specific stem counts, so the bouquet will be filled to the amount allotted for the arrangement. Please be advised that the amount allotted for the arrangement will not only go to the flowers; it also includes the basket or vase and the greens and fillers that will be used on the arrangement.     Absolutely disgraceful. Placed an order 655 AM the day before the funeral service for a department member whose mother passed, for delivery 9 am the next day. The company contacted me stating they were going to deliver same day after contacting the funeral home. Late in the afternoon the day of the actual service I received an email apologizing that the flowers were not delivered. Five Days later, yes you are reading that correctly, the flowers were delivered to the family members home. We provided the family members address and they still contacted a grieving family member for an address. The only solution they have offered is backhanded apologies and excuses, oh and $15.00 off the order that was close to $100. Absolutely do not recommend this company.

    **** ******, your order was received and delivered in good faith. The main issue here is that this is a rural part of ********* where the floral resources are few and far between. We spoke with you on the 19th and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience and you accepted that amount.

    Do not order from Just Flowers! First, they substituted my order and then they didnt deliver it on time even though I paid for express delivery. I was so upset that my daughter could not receive her flowers on her Adoptiversary. I was so frustrated with this company I cancelled the order and I will send her something else. I hope I see the full refund to my account as they say. I should have ******* their name before I placed the order! 704 of the same bad reviews should tell you something. I dont know how they are even still in business.

    ***** ******, the order was received on Friday at 11:55 AM EDT for same day delivery which by that time, was already too late for delivery in that particular area. A full refund was issued the following day.

    Flowers were nothing like on website Paid for premium flowers, less flowers were used smaller basket and no balloon which was paid for. Flowers and leaves were wilted. Very disappointed

    This company is online & DOES NOT provide what the guarantee offers. I paid $75.00 + for same day and expedited delivery for a sympathy arrangement and what was sent was a grocer florist bouquet A DAY LATER. No joke, I could have driven to the grocer and purchased myself. The excuse was we don't have that many florist in the area, which is not acceptable. They wanted to give me a refund of $5.00- nothing to do with the delivery personnel all with this contracted company Take my advice DO NOT order from these people. Ordering flowers should not bed this stressful nor difficult. Only 1 star, if I could have left review with 0 it would have been better

    I've never been more disappointed!My sister sent me a flower arrangement for my birthday. To my surprise when I received the arrangement, the mini rose bushes were already looking sick. A lot of the roses and leaves had already fallen off into the soil. I sent my sister pictures of the arrangement. She was disappointed as well. She contacted customer service, and they issued a small refund which was nothing compared to the cost of the arrangement. Fast forward one week later and the rose bushes are almost completely dead. It was my hope to replant the roses in honor of our mom but that's not happening now. My sister asked for another arrangement of roses to be sent but was told by customer service they no longer do that. It looks like Just Flowers is willing to accept responsibility for the local florist who deliver flowers they know are not in the best of health.Sad situation. I'm so hurt!

We have reviewed the picture that you sent us and have discussed this with our local florist who said that plant was delivered in good condition and that it might be part of the natural aging process of the plant. Environmental factors like temperature fluctuations or low humidity can also play a role but overall the plants were delivered well. The arrangement appears to be in good condition overall.

    Absolute worst experience ever. First and last time using them. Ordered an arrangement 3 days before valentines day for my wife. Delivery was planned for valentines day. No communication and no flowers for my wife. First time my wife did not receive flowers for valentines day. Talk about disappointment! After several calls and messages I finally gotten through and of course no help. A simple email letting me know even on valentines day itself would have saved the day for me but nothing. Refunded my money of course but absolutely no concern for the damage the caused in my marriage
