      ****,is invaluable to me.Shes very courteous and responsive and caring to my needs.She understands me and is always willing to do what she can to make sure my experience is a pleasant one,I wish there were more helpfull people like her in this world.I highly recommend high rise and **** if you want a hassle free experience!Thank you ****

      First off they the absolute worse people to have do any pre settlement funding, they charge 3's more than other companies. I was warned of this, but I have medical needs my insurance doesn't cover and needed the help ASAP. The person who handled my application, ********************, was cold, emotionless and uncaring. The people they have answering their phones are standoffish and either isn't doing their job or doesn't have enough training to do their job. They couldn't answer the simplest of questions and kept asking me to wait for them to call me back. After not hearing any updates for 4 days ****************** finally calls me back after several unanswered calls and questions, that their underwriter wouldn't approve, this after I was assured that they would.

      FRAUD IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY THEY WILL LITERALLY BATE AND SWITCH YOU I WAS VERY CLEAR WITH THEM ABOUT EVERYTHING AND THEN WAS TOLD SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THEN WHEN I WANTED REAL ANSWERS WAS TOLD I WOULD SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND GUESS WHAT VOICEMAIL SO I CALLED BACK NOW THE SUPERVISOR WAS AVAILABLE AND COULD NOT ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS WHO I FEEL IS THE SO CALLED OWNER AND WAS HUNG UP ON DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM OH AND THEY DO NOT HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS EITHER SO THEY LIE TO YOU RIGHT ON THERE WEB SITE AND NONE OF THERE TESTIMONY GIVERS CAN BE REACHED TO VALIDATE WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT THE COMPANY
