    Worst company to work with! Went through the whole process, which is exhausting, and in the end cost me more than if I booked the vacation without a "promotional package" and could have had way better travel and accommodations!

    I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH AN AGENT FROM CASABLANCA EXPRESS TO GO THROUGH OUR TRAVEL PLANS, BUT THEY KEEP TELLING ME SOMEONE WILL GET A HOLD OF ME. NO ONE EVER HAS. MY WINDOW TO TAKE THIS TRIP HAS CLOSED. I CONTACTED THEM TO REFUND MY $798.00 I HAD SENT THEM FOR TRIP TAXES AND A $200 DEPOSIT. I REQUESTED THEM TO CANCEL THE TRIP DUE TO MISSING MY WINDOW. THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 30-60 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY MONEY WHICH IS UNNACCEPTABLE. I ALSO ASKED FOR A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION AND HAVEN'T SEEN THAT EITHER. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD. WHEN YOU CALL THEY ARE NOT NICE AND THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP YOU. THEY SEND YOU TO AN AGENTS ANSWERING MACHINE AND THE NEVER RETURN YOUR CALL. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM.

    Was informed by Casablanca Express that I would receive the validation deposit of $50 with interest one month after using promotional Disneyland ticket which was 12/8/2024. It is now 1/16/25 and I reached out to Casablanca Express for the refund of the deposit. I was informed that since I was offered a hotel voucher ( I paid for the refundable for this hotel) , but declined to book the hotel, I could not get the deposit back. This was contradictory information that I received during my initial call on 12/3/24, which B***** from Casablanca Express told me that I would get the deposit back one month after using the promotional Disneyland ticket. B***** did not make it clear that I had to book a hotel with Casablanca Express in order to get the deposit back. B***** was rude and impatient in her explanation as well. Both calls ended abruptly with not many opportunities to ask questions.

    Horrible customer service! Representatives are so rude! I was cussed at and hung up on when I asked a clarifying question to find out what cruise line leaves out of which ports! The bait and switch is horrible-they promise one thing in documentation and then tell you it’s wrong and your travel dates can’t be accommodated. This company is horrible and I wish I could rate no stars!!!

    We were enticed by a travel voucher that promised a 2-day trip to Hawaii for $500. Instead of a beautiful vacation, we ended trying to books us in a filthy motel in the heart of a city, complete with cockroaches and a vibe that was far from a Hawaiian paradise. I could have just driven to Santa Monica to experience the same level of pollution and skyscrapers—at least there, I wouldn’t pay for a terrible motel stay! To add insult to injury, we purchased a timeshare with Sapphire, which has been an entirely different disaster. It's clear that both companies share the same unethical practices. After making our reservation with Casablanca, eight months in advance, and a $500 payment for our free trip, we never received confirmation. When I followed up, I was told we would have to reschedule because it was supposedly never confirmed. And there they were, sitting on my $500 payment, with no valid reason for their incompetence. So we had to rebook 6 months later. And the saga continues, this is just the tip of the iceberg. On December 7th , we received a voicemail from Jessica drake stating that we needed to confirm our trip. I called back immediately, but despite leaving SEVEN messages for a representative named Jessica drake, not one of them was returned. I reached out to their main office, explained our situation, and was met with indifference. And said that they can leave J****** a message. I was put off due to the fact that I left 7 messages to resolve this time sensitive matter for a Hawaiian trip on January 20th. Mind you it’s January 6th now. Yet, no call back and basically can’t book this free trip because of them being so incompetent. Also, when talking about the troubles and how we already had to rebook once and this is 2 weeks out now, and we can’t get Jessica to return my calls, they explains if we don’t use the voucher it will expire.

    Terrible experience. They make it seem like they are providing you with a great trip at a resort and then you find out you are receiving a 1 star hotel location! Then when you ask for the money back (I spoke to P), they don't even send it! She didn't even provide me with her extension. I had to look through my emails which took a lot of time and end up finding some other name and then when you call back with the long wait they end up stating they don't have anyone by that name and then ignore you, and suddenly put you back on the waiting line. RIDICULOUS!!! The manager Julio did not even call me back when I made complaints. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back to cancel another trip because I was "gifted" this additional trip because I complained in the past but I am absolutely fed up with this place and just want to cancel everything and better get my money back ASAP!!! Will make sure I caution whoever I know to NEVER EVER go with this company. TOTAL SCAM

    I've worked with this company and had a much better experience with them, but I'm afraid they have turned into a scam company now. A bit about my current experience with them- I went to a timeshare and opted for the 2 tickets to Disneyland with a hotel stay. Paying the deposit and getting all of the beginning details was easy and I worked with sometimes nice people I was willing to overlook their passive-aggressive rudeness to get this over with because I knew once I set up the date I would be set and not have to deal with them anymore. So my call to finish up details came around and the man I spoke to was extremely rude. When I asked him to verify information it was like a chore to him. I told him I'd call him back to finalize details and they have not answered out of my 4 calls in the last 2 weeks. I will update this review as time goes on. Our trip to Disney is scheduled for 12/2 but we shall see if they pick up the phone and finalize our trip. I'm leaving 2 stars due to my previous experience with them. I'm trying to stay optimistic that they'll turn their business practices around.

    I was promised a free 2 night stay+travel to one of two destinations as a result of a festival promotion. I can choose anytime within the next year. Great, sounds awesome! Issue #1: I find out i have to make the reservation for a M, Tu, or W departure. Okay, that's inconvenient but I'll manage. Issue #2: Actually, I can't just pick any date, I have to pick one that they have available. I cannot see those dates without talking to customer service. They are available T-F, but suggest only reaching out on Th or F. Issue #3: When I finally get a Thursday or Friday free and call them, I am told there is only ONE DEPARTURE DATE available until my trip expires. I'm mad at this point but settle because I already paid a deposit (for what?) Issue #4: I get bombarded with 3 back to back calls 5 months later, but no voicemail or message saying what the call was for. In the middle of an important meeting. Issue #5: i finally find time to call back 5 days later and am told this is a call to make a decision on my trip and it has to be made within a day. Departure is guaranteed to be late night and I won't get in to my destination until ~10:30 at night. The flight will be with the low budget airlines, and we dont gey any bags included. Getting to the hotel is for us to figure out, as they let me know the hotel will be outside of the city, far from anything we are going to visit. The hotel will also be low quality (2 stars at best) and they will not cover parking. Departure also has to be early morning, so we only really get one day at the destination. Plus, if we miss any piece of this trip, whether that be because we wanted to stay longer or head there earlier, we have to pay for the trip. BUT if I pay the low price of $600 I can get two more nights at a nice hotel and better flight times! (No bags though). I can also cancel for a refund, but that is glossed over. Casablanca Express is both predatory and deceitful and i am so mad I have wasted as much time as I have on them.

    I attending a timeshare presentation and really wasn't ready for a commitment in purchasing a time share at that time because of the cost. I was given a certificate for attending the presentation, so I followed up on it for a cruise, and all I had to pay was deposit and port fees, I followed up on all the steps needed in sending in money order for $798.00 for my wife and I, and going through the hassle of getting a date for cruise which was set for 11/3/2024. Now trying to get it finalized 2 months up into one month before our trip. I call Casablanca telling them I wanted to cancel and get a refund, because no one had contacted me about any information on the trip and I felt it was a scam, they finally assign me a rep. after threating to cancel and constantly calling talking with multiple people, they told me my travel rep. was Nadine and trying to call her leaving multiple messages and emails and no reply's I call Casablanca again asking when can I get my refund, I could really use my money at this point i am a US Marine Veteran, my home has been damage by hurricane Beryl I really can use my refund of $798.00 right now. They connect me with Nadine and she tells me I will get it in 30 days, now its 30 days I call Casablanca once again about my refund agent answer I ask about the refund he tells me in 60 days and hung up on me when I ask his name, I call back and its one rep. telling you one thing after another, that's if you can make a connection with anyone . finally I call back I speak with a rep. Ginnine I tell her I really needs my refund and pleading with her on everything I have been through and following their steps for this cruise and at this point I need my money back with the storm and all. she say she would expedite my refund, I would get it in 7 to 10 working days which should be 10/18/2024. People should know not to get involve with businesses like this, its sad how they take people through everything thinking they paid for a trip just to rip them off.
