SCAM SCAM SCAM! Leaving ANOTHER review on more social media apps because They are astonishing! They blocked my account? And said it’s under review from a “third party” BULLSHIT! THEY OWE ME MONEY so blocked my account so they don’t need to pay!!!!! Wish I could give a ZERO start! They are ridiculous! I called the “call centre” and it’s obviously an outbound scam centre! They have absolutely no useful information and stall you so that you’ll give up and not get your refund or own money back! It’s disgusting! Look how many people they’ve scammed out of money! And they won’t reply on here or via email because they know they’ve stolen money & can’t reply! Just give me & everyone else you owe their refunds!!!!

Paysafe's customer service is total ***t. They did a risk review of my site and have been holding my money for two plus weeks while they "verify" my business.. after submitting everything apparently Tayesha the risk person is never at work and when you ask her a question she is very rude when she does reply.. So now my money is being held up waiting for Tayesha to review the paperwork i sent in almost 7 days ago. I called two days in a row and spoke to other people who said I would get a call back and NOTHING. Small business cannot just sit and wait for your random reviews for your employees to take their sweet time in responding. Meanwhile i don't know if I should ship my orders or not considering i probably wont get they money for them anyway. Also during all this they are not making deposits but still taking money out my account for transaction fees and its now negative. THANK you so much for screwing the little guy.

I am LIVID. I just signed up with Nation Bankcard and apparently they passed me off to this Paysafe company. I signed up like 3 days ago. I am K**** ******* of O'Steen Lawn Service from Waynesville Ga. I received several emails stating my application was approved. I went online and got access to invoicing with Simpleswipe and sent 2 invoices. 1 for $356 to Hotel Simone at Saint Simons Island Ga, for palm tree trimming, Virginia Hall is the manager. I sent one other invoice to another customer of mine named Walter Haynes for $66.25. They both payed. Today I spoke to a Paysafe risk dept associate because after 48 hours they still had not deposited my money in my bank. I was told they could not verify my business and were closing my account and hold my money for $180 days. How can you approve an application without first verifying the business? How can you verify the business when you didnt even ask me for any supporting documentation which I would gladly provide? They also had a box checked in the email they sent me stating my transactions were inconsistent with what was expected. But those two charges were well within the parameters I gave on the application. Anyway, I logged back into the site because I saw where you can refund customers so I did that so they can pay me in another way. Ive been using Paypal invoicing for years with no issues ever. Your risk department got this WAY wrong. Ive been in business since 2018 and I have a credit score over 775.

PaySafe, more like PaySCAM! This company is TERRIBLE! Stay away! If I could give them zero stars, I would! I was charged $495 for early termination fee after being ripped off by the company for almost 3 years! They never disclosed to me that they had this early termination fee in their contract. It’s just another way, on top of the many, that they take advantage of their customers. As a small business, I don’t make a lot of money, but I signed up for PaySafe because it was meant to save me money, & for a business like mine, $495 is a lot of money to be unnecessarily charged. I’ve tried multiple times asking them to refund the exorbitant fee, as well as tried getting my Credit Union to get it refunded, but they refuse to return my money. Transactions were costing me more than 4 times what other credit processor companies would normally charge for the transactions, & that’s just for the monthly transactions & not including the additional charges, I was being seriously ripped off. On top of that, they were charging me a yearly fee, which many of their competitors weren’t charging. In one particular month, when I was out on maternity leave & didn’t make any money or had any transactions, they still charged me $177.66 that month. Unlike their competitors that offer cheaper card readers, PaySafe was extremely expensive to purchase a card reader device, so I never ended up purchasing one, & it was very inconvenient & time consuming to have to key in all the card details every time. So after being ripped off for almost 3 years, I decided to switch credit card processors & go with a better company, & I’ve been so much happier since I changed. It's one thing that they ripped me off while being a PaySafe customer, but I’m finding it very difficult to accept the fact that they unnecessarily charged me $495. If PaySafe refunds me & returns my $495, I will delete this review.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I had an issue last October where I signed up with them to use credit processing for my business. I did a test payment, and they closed my account. They stole $1400, claiming they would hold my money for 180 days. When they ran the payment, it was earned under my business name and not Paysafe, who has the money. They are scammers. After going back and forth and providing proof it was my credit card and that there was no fraud, they still did not give me my money back. I am thinking of filing a class-action lawsuit against them. This company needs to be put out of business and stop stealing its customers' money.

I own a small business and was calling to get some rough pricing and was transferred to the Account Executive Manny. Right off the bat Manny was extremely salesy and pushy. He kept asking me to send him our most recent statement. I told him at least 3 times I only wanted some pricing and was not going to send in the most recent statement as I was comparing several companies. The final time I told him this, he replied: "Alright fine, if you don't want to save a bunch of money, go ahead and look elsewhere." Wow, seriously? Paysafe has an @$$hole like this guy trying to sell their products?? Because of Manny, we will never be considering Paysafe and if it comes up, it will not be recommended to anyone. Do better Paysafe. BTW, my next call was to Bluefin, and their sales guy was awesome to work with. We are seriously considering switching to them.

No star if possible. Do not use this company! I told them my company does about 100k monthly charge on credit cards from customer. They said we can handle that. After 2 month of having the account they email me that they will cancel my merchant account due to high volume and security risk. I ask them why security risk they just said not sure just security risk. They also are holding my money of $19341 dollar for 180 days as they investigate security risk. WTF While they already take out their percentage charge on my account. How the hell you hold on to 19k of someone money for 180 days. Their risk control team already call the credit card company and the client to ask if it is fraud and they got their answer that it is not. But they still won’t release the fund. Please stay far away from this BS company!!!!!!

We were able to locate your account by your name and email address. In review of your signed merchant processing agreement your processing parameters were set at: average ticket $100.00, maximum high-end ticket $10,000.00, monthly bank card volume $50,000.00, and monthly Amex volume $100.00.

Our risk team sent you an email that explained as your merchant service provider, one of our primary responsibilities is protecting Paysafe and its merchants. We employ a team of specialists, our merchant risk monitoring team, dedicated to this activity.

Due to activity on the related merchant processing account, it has been determined that we are unable to support future processing, and the account will be closed on 03/13/2025.

The reason for the closure is:
The nature of your business poses a Security Risk

Funds may be held in a reserve account for up to 180 days, as noted in the terms and conditions of your Merchant Processing Agreement. Any chargebacks and / or fees may be deducted from this reserve balance.

      Thank you

How are they A+ rated? BBB, do better! I tried using their system to purchase something using a cvs gift card. I followed all instructions but the website said my gift card was invalid and I must use one purchased in a store not online. My card was, and I provided evidence backing that up. I’ve emailed and called countless times. When calling I am told that they are not able to and cannot transfer me to a supervisor and they will out in a request for the supervisor to call me. I randomly get an email requesting information and immediately respond with EVERYTHING requested. (I have all emails to back this up if the BBB would like proof). Then PaysafeCard tells me I didn’t provide them information. They refuse to respond to emails. It is truly amazing how bad their customer service is. This seems to be a common issue, and it is mind blowing.

Paysafe doesn't care about their customers or their small businesses. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with as a small business owner. We used Paysafe as a payment processor for our small business through Virtuagym. Paysafe feels perfectly morally justified stealing from small business owners through the use of PCI non compliance fees on accounts that are inactive. When they opted to bill us over the course of 4 months, we had not used their service as a payment processor in over a year. While the folks working for Paysafe in the customer service department are perfectly friendly people, the company itself truly embodies dishonesty and corporate greed through their sneaky money grab policies. They would rather hang onto a couple hundred dollars and pull food from the tables of merchants that have supported them than resolve a dispute amicably. We are now forced to go through our bank to attempt to recover these stolen fees by opening a fraud file and advise every business owner in our network and online to stay far away from this company. Choose a different payment processor, as Paysafe doesn't care about you or your business. I'm sure this review will be met with a performative response by someone from Paysafe while avoiding any actual resolution.
