    On Jan 25th I placed an order for one bottle of Nucific Bio X4. At checkout, I entered my credit card info and pressed next, the next screen prompted with an offer for more, I pressed No, and I got another screen but a different offer … No, and all I wanted to do was keep my original order, and it seemed like a a never ending upsale cycle and shady practice. So I wanted to escape out of this, and could not. I ended up having 4 orders instead of the original one. I sent an email right after this happened notiffying them of the issue and that I wanted cancellation, Live chat wasn’t available or phone support due to the time of day this was. The next morning I received four order confirmations that they have been prepped for shipment. I sent another email to [email protected] and never got response to first, with order numbers requesting cancellation of 3 of them, but keeping the original. Still no response. I went onto their site once again, and LIVE chatted with support. They said the orders were already processed and that cancellation was not available, and that they could offer me 30% refund. I said no, I wanted full refund. This is shady business practice. So now I have to return these products at my expense. Let the buyer beware … now I don’t care if this stuff works or not, I will not be buying again. I think Nucific needs to change their checkout practices, stop the forced upselling as it’s extremely confusing and uses dark UX patterns to harm the customer and put them at financial risk. Should be against the law to steal innocent people’s money and force these sites to use consumer protected checkout practices.

    I placed an order for a monthly subscription to Nucifuc. I have since requested a cancellation four times, with automatic payments still being drafted from my bank account. I have emailed and called their customer service several times. They have confirmed that my subscription has been cancelled each time. However, automatic payments have been made and no product has been delivered. I have no product to return and am requesting a full refund for the overpayment of $150.52.

    Product not doing what advertised would like a refund of my money have sent back an unopened bottle to empty bottles as requested and everything is done within the 90-day refund policy

    I’m not sure what is going on with the company but recently they have been failing to deliver their product the “Bio x4” as advertised. They were on back order for months even though the website has ALWAYS states the Bio x4 is “In stock and ready to ship” when I contacted chat support regarding my last two orders they kept changing the story saying it was just pending delivery and when I called them out on how long it was taking and they hadn’t even filled the ordered they created a shipping label to mark it as fulfillment pending to “satisfy” my inquiry at the time and told me to wait the 7-10 business days before asking on the status of the order. After the allotted 7-10 business day wait period….I called and spoke to a representative over the phone who told me the “Bio x4” has been on back order for a while. They claimed they’d report the inaccuracy of their website which states it’s in stock and ready to ship yet when I called in to check on my recent order I was told it was still on back order. They are advertising on the website it’s in stock as well as showing names of people and their home state and how many bottles they ordered. I’m 100% confident this company is vomiting false advertisement and stealing and tricking consumers. Which is sad because the Bio x4 actually works and both me and my terminally mom take the bio x4 for our digestive health issues. I just want them to start honoring their orders and delivering them again. I’m filing this complaint because my mom is actually suffering without this product. Please contact the company and find out what is going on. I’m not looking for like a lawsuit or payout I’m just trying to help ease my mother’s pain. She suffers from Muscular Dystrophy I have like 50 MB of screenshots proving everything I’m saying. The max upload amount is 5MB I couldn’t upload all of the evidence I collected. Additional proof can be sent upon request.

    Dear bbb I am a blind man here in Las Vegas i heard a presentation of what sounded great for my gut I some how started to place an order on a non ADA complaint website I started getting bombarded by additional offers so i asked a family member to help me and they said boy they don't stop with additional offers even me as a sighted person if i don't pay attention i can be tricked into buying stuff I do not want I was told you'll get an email right away make sure you respond and let them know you only want one bottle to try it and I did now I keep getting email after email to try this and get VIP Now they have ignored all my emails a total of four requesting to cancel and refund the total of $150 I no longer want anything to do with them I do not trust them and I need your help to get me a refund I will be in touch with my bank also the selling practice is very unethical and I strongly suggest you terminate your membership my complaint will also be going to Washington for violations which our representatives take action on

    On october 28 2023 I placed an order from Nucific after watching a video. I began to order what I thought was 3 bottles of the BIO-X4 for $123.00. It flashed promotions and deals on the screen and after I went to check out with my 3 bottles - and not a few but a bizarrely excessive amount. I grew uncomfortable with the unprofessionalism of all the dozen or so upsell attempts so I planned on reviewing my order when I got to the final cart. To my shock there was no final cart just a thank you for my order. I had confirmation emails saying that I paid $247.11 for 6 bottles - #ORD-08*****30 . I did not see these additional items in my cart when I was checking out with my 3 bottles. My order arrived and sure as heck there were 6 bottles. I called multiple times and never got a person to work out a return. I have been patient trying to get through, but it has been ridiculously hard to get anyone to answer the call. Add to that when I opened one bottle and tried the supplement I immediately threw up. I tried it several more times over several days - with food, without food, at different times - and every time I threw up. I have spent so much time trying to get a human on the phone to address this to no avail that I just don’t want anything to do with these. I want to return everything, or trash it whatever’s easier at this point and be refunded. Please help for a resolution.

    As I was purchasing 1 bottle of biox4 an pushed continue to next page a different product would show up saying buy this for this price it's only a one time deal bulk discount you'll never get this pricing again. I would say no then continue and again a new product I also said no then on one which was the prebiotic it said buy 3 I said no an then next page said wait just buy one at this price and I agreed. When I went to to my payment page it charged me for 3 anyway even tho I declined . So I'd please like to have my money back thank you

    Today, 23rd September 2023 - I had opted to purchase three bottles of bio-4x. I added all my credit card details etc. but as I went to the next screen while purchasing there was a push to buy more. I said no. The next screen popped up, I said no again and closed the screen opting to not purchase anything. I never finalised payment. Imagine my surprise when viewing my banking phone app later that day to see that you plan to debit my card and you have also sent me a confirmation of purchase email!! This is false! Do not process that payment and please do not send me the goods! In Australian dollars this equates to $228.48

    I spoke to a lady after submitting my complaint. Apparently it was too late to cancel the order as it had already gone to the warehouse. Which I felt was actually rubbish!   In order to get a full refund I had to receive the goods then return them. In fear that this would mean I would be out of pocket for postage and the refund would be a nightmare to receive I opted the agree to an offer of a 30% refund as I accepted this was better than nothing. The refund has now been received. I do feel however that the full refund was achievable seeing as the goods hadn’t yet been posted or left their warehouse !

    I noticed upon reading all the complaints, every one of them sited no response from customer service team on ringing them, no response from many emails sent and generally no response of any kind from Nucific. Please know that if I don’t hear back from you in 24-48 hours, I will lodge a complaint with the Consumer Regulatory Body in the U.S.A. I expect an answer to my email.
