I have been taking Bio x4 for the past 60 days and have seen no difference in my weight. I had ordered 6 bottles, but this is not working for me. I recently ordered the Nighttime weight loss to see if that may work.Business Response

On July 24, 2023 I received my bottle of Nucific Bio-X4. I ordered the bottle from Amazon. It was sold by Nucific and shipped from Amazon. I opened the box to find the the bottom of the glass bottle was shattered and that the pills were mixed with glass shards. I tried to go on Amazon for a replacement, but the Nucific return policy on Amazon doesn’t allow returns for any reason. And when I submitted a negative review for the product, Nucific replied and told me to contact Amazon customer service, which I already did and got nowhere.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I didn’t need clarification. I didn’t order from 3rd party sellers. Businesses (Nucific) provide their own return policies for their products on Amazon, and according to Nucific’s return policy on Amazon, there are no returns. I can understand this if I opened the bottle or broke it myself, but that’s not what happened. The product arrived broken with glass on the capsules, and Nucific’s return policy is no returns, not even if the customer receives a damaged product. Amazon customer service was unable to help because of the seller’s (Nucific) return policy. I’m not asking for a refund. I want a replacement. Playing the blame game is not resolving the problem.

This is, however, the only remedy we can provide for your complaint since your purchase was not made through our website. We would be more than happy to replace this product for you, however we have no record in our system of your transaction due to being placed through another website I.e. Amazon. 7/2/23 I saw the add and ordered but then I realized that being a Senior and taking to many meds, I should not take anything else within minutes I call to cancel and sent an email to there web. I was told it was to late to cancel and my credit card had been charged already. I got there pills yesterday and have not open since I want to send it back probably will have to pay for shipping back. I sent them an email to get the address to ship it back they have not reply. I ENJOYED the informational video on Facebook and decided to place my order a few minutes ago. After being bombarded with multiple pop-ups to order additional bottles, I got nervous/suspicious [just like other reviewers here] and decided not to checkout. On January 27, 2023 I placed an order from Nucific after watching a video. I ordered (ORD-08******0) 3 bottles of the BIO-X4 for $123.00. It flashed promotions and deals on the screen and after I went to check out with my 3 bottles, I had confirmation emails saying that I paid $199.92 for 6 additional bottles of BIO-X4 (ORD-08*****28) and $205.80 for 6 bottles (ORD-0*****601) of the Digestive Enzymes. I did not see these additional items in my cart when I was checking out with my 3 bottles. My order arrived and to add injury to insult, I only received 3 bottles of the Digestive Enzyme though charged for 6. I called multiple times and never got a person. I sent an email. I have been patient trying to get through, but it has been ridiculously hard to get anyone to answer the call. I want to return everything and be refunded. Hello, I’ve been trying nucific bio x4 for a little over a month. I’ve had 0 progress or seen anything change with my weight. I know the website said that it’s risk free because of the 90 day money back guarantee. But you have to call. Which I have and I’ve gotten nowhere with the representatives on the phone. I signed up for monthly subscription for a product. Took it for the first month and it did not work. Have been trying to cancel for weeks. Still trying to cancel. Website says my email is not recognized as a customer despite receiving email blasts nearly daily. No one on the phone. In the meantime I received ANOTHER bottle. Charged AGAIN because I can't get ahold of anyone despite calling, email & messages to the website. Please cancel & refund my last bottle PLEASE! I like the product but their website will not just let you purchase and checkout. You have to decline multiple offers and I mean multiple offers. The checkout is a möbius strip of offers, often repeating the same offer over and over. Can't login or open account, just get an error message. Calling customer service is a nightmare, multiple ads and no response. I got one confirmation for three bottles NU4****43 but two other Amex Charges: $207.67, Will appear on your Apr 21 statement as Nucific Los Angeles CA, March 29th: $281.61, Will appear on your Apr 21 statement as Nucific Los Angeles CA, March 29th. When placing an order on line, I selected to buy one bottle, put in my information, and then was given a series of other options to buy, all of which I declined. After each time that you decline, they double check that you wish to decline. I declined all of those too. At this point, I am feeling uncomfortable with the company and do not want to continue with my order. I planned on not confirming my order, however they by-passed order confirmation entirely. Then a note pops up thanking me for 2 orders, both of which I did not confirm. I have called customer service several times, I am placed into an add loop and nobody ever answers. I am simply seeking to get my money refunded, which I feel they have purposely made impossible to do. This seems like flat out fraud to me.Business Response

I have been unable to access anyone to process a return. Today I called again and was sent into a prize center? Where I was asked to provide my card number for processing fees. When I declined to provide it I was left on hold again This is four days of not getting to speak to anyone. Aside from the prize center person.
