I contacted Pro Embroidery and Engraving on January regarding a custom name plate patch to be made for a jersey in which I wanted to wear for the Superbowl. *** said that it could be done and that she would order the material. A week went by and she said she still hasn't received this material. So she said she was going to cancel and reorder the material. She said she finally received the material on Thursday, February 9 but she couldn't complete it for the Superbowl. The next week, she gave me more excuses on why not she she still hasn't started. Finally on Wednesday, February 15, she would start it first thing early that Thursday morning. I went back Thursday morning and she became angry and said she was very busy all of a sudden and that it would be finished that following Monday as her tailor would finish and sew on the name plate patch. I said ok and returned that same afternoon ( Thursday afternoon) to see if she even started with the lettering on the patch and still no progress at all. I then explained that she had a month to complete this since late January and I want a refund aa well as my jersey to be returned. She refused to give me a full refund at first. I then happen to notice that the font of the lettering in the file wasn't the same as the ideal font that I wished to have made. After bringing that to her attention prompted her to refund me the full amount of $125. I also noticed new markings ( possibly super glue ) on the upper right shoulder area of the jersey. I confronted her about this but she grew furious and totally denied it. However, I should be the one getting angry and frustrated that she damaged my property and strung me along with theses excuses and mind games the entire time.Business response

my name is *** from Pro embroidery and engraving. I placed an order for a jersey which required an especial material for lettering on the back tackle twill. The client demanded a job which required material, that he couldn't find it anywhere else. Is a special kind of material that you can only get from south coast area from ********** which required 7 to 9 business days in order for me to get in to my hand. The client was always aware of that. He accepted because he admitted he couldn't find it anywhere. He bring me and old and use piece of black fabric, ******************* of glue and damaged areas because those ma I have to altered the size of the letters and put the letters not centered into the piece of the fabric order for me to cover the marks of the glue that he was always aware was there. i told him that i have to change the proportion of the letters to cover those marks he wants me to cover, but still will show up the marks of the glue and dirt that was on the material. In that time, i noticed that he will not be satisfied because its not the ideal do it into that material, but he insisted. So, i accepted to do it with his approval.
I him, since the first date, we don't saw, we do embroidery , i have to take it the material wuth my ****** in order to saw it into a jersey he brings as well. HE WAS AGREE WITH THAT BUT ALSO GIVE IT TO HIM ON MONDAY. He came a couple hours later that day asking me for the job WHEN OUR AGREEMENT WAS MONDAY, He starting asking for his refund, i refund him the full money on CASH. I make it him check everything before he leaves, because i didnt want him to start complaining after. He check everything the piece of fabric, the jersey and everything he took with him. He was happy with that he took everything and his FULL REFUND ON CASH. We have everything on cam recording.
