I emailed the business on March 31, 2023 and told them to cancel my subscription. No one ever has confirmed that it has been cancelled and they keep taking money out of my bank account. I can't get a hold of anyone to talk to. They won't respond to my emails or voicemails.

    Hello,

We do not offer any subscriptions on any product. In fact if you ask us to put you on a subscription we are not able to. We responded to your email. You will need to find the charge in question on your statement and call them.

I received a package yesterday containing 1 60 count bottle of GoXtra Keto Advanced Weight loss capsules and 1 30 count bottle of GoXtra Keto Gummies. I contacted the number on the bottle (************ and explained that I had not ordered these and asked to return them. The rep stated that I would not be billed as these were try before you buy and I could keep them or throw them away. She also said I’d receive an email confirming this. No email has arrived. Today I received my cc bill and there was a charge for $55.96 that was charged on 2-11, which is the day they said I ordered these, which I did not. It’s possible that an ad popped up on Facebook and I might have looked at their products, but at these prices who would buy them?

We did not sell this item to this customer. We have searched for the customer name and have found nothing, also that is not our phone number.

We suggest contacting the phone number on the credit card statement to resolve.

    Thanks
