They sent someone out that person was telling me that they would fix it and return my money partially I said no I want my money back and I want him to take everything back. That person made a phone call outside came back inside he said he would go ahead and tighten it and fix it and he would make sure that the I got my half my money back because they realize they overcharge me I reluctantly agreed. He fixed it he said that the guy didnt fix a hose. He went ahead and fix the problem and said that the office will go ahead and give me half my money back for the damages that he had made because I lost two power tools down there. I hired this business to fix a broken toilet. Instead of fixing the toilet, they caused ************ ********** damage that they then expected us to pay for. Damage that THEY CAUSED. It's worse than a bait and switch. Then after speaking to the plumber who came and understood the situation, he assured me that he would take care of the situation given that we were repeat customers. Instead, they kept calling and asking for payment, to which I responded that I wanted to speak to the owner before paying. The owner NEVER CALLED. Then I find that they've filed a LIEN ON THE HOUSE!???? Never signed a contract, never received a bill. What kind of business is this??? I've never dealt with more immoral, deceitful, evil people in my life.

In February 2020 City Plumbing replaced a water heater for me. It failed under warranty on **** and City Plumbing replaced it at no charge as it was still under factory warranty. It was discovered after turning new water heater up that only lukewarm water could be accessed. They returned on **** to discern problem. ****, a manager said it was a failure of the cartridges (all of them) during installation and 'it happens often'. It would be very expensive to fix. A neighbor who is a retired plumber told me that that was unusual and took a look. He told me that a valve was not turned on correctly and once he did turn on valve we did have hot water. But our furnace which takes hot air off the top of water heater now would not work only blow cold air. My neighbor said a catch valve was missing from the connector to furnace. That it must have been mistakenly not reattached during installation. We were very relived to have hot water but no heater. City plumbing sent a service man over to inspect and fix last Thursday ***** Spent most of time whispering into his phone with his managers. He told me that it was an hvac problem not their problem. That my perfectly working furnace had nothing to do with their work. Even though they are both connected and the furnace will not work without correct valves that are connected to the top of water heater. When the old water heater was removed , I saw the connectors, still attached, going into their work truck. I assumed that they were replacing them with new ones. The employee told me finally that he didn't really know what he was doing , that he was an apprentice and that his managers would call me shortly. I've been waiting 5 days. No call. No return calls to the messages I have left. Also the new water heater is inferior to the one they replaced. Even on highest setting you must take a very quick shower with just the hot water running. I don't know what to do. It seems as if they blame the flawed installation on me
