    On my Venmo account there is a charge for $19.90 from USA Legal Resource. This company Im not familiar with and believe they are a scam.

    I do not remember giving use legal resources my phone number. I went online to find a government resource to help my elderly mother find free legal services. Some how this business got my mobile number. They are harassing me with text messages and phone calls late in the evening (since December 4, 2027) and early in the morning (at 7am, 8am before 9 in the morning). This is not a business. I believe it is a scam but I do not know who to report it to. Please make them remove my information from their system and remove me from their contact list (mail, email, phone).

    I contacted USA Legal Resource to cancel my service. They claim to have never received an email or phone call. I did both. This seems to be their go to response that they "never received the request to cancel" This is a scam product and does not provide a way to confirm cancellation of service easily. They claim to call you back but never do. They do not respond to emails to confirm cancellation. The only way to cancel my account is to change my debit card number.

    This business took advantage of my need for legal aid. When I went on there site it was bare bones and gave no option to cancel. The site is not useful and does not provide near enough resources to warrant a 7 day trail of 2 dollars then 20 dollars after that monthly. This seems to me predatory in nature. I would like a refund and this business be investigated to make sure that they are providing a proper service and product that's worth 20 dollars a month.

    My fiance and I agreed to the $1.90 charge but never was told or just couldnt understand the broken English our sales representative was speaking if he mentioned monthly payments, but we did cancel it before the end of the week as it was no used to us and none of the lawyers they provided. Wanted to take our case even though its been told to us, its a lucrative one and this business has repeatedly charged me month after month stating that we have not canceled we are trying to cancel and they just wont stop charging us asking for a confirmation code that was never given to us and wouldve been on their end. Anyway, we want this money returned to our account immediately.

    Yall keep charging me 19$. Without even having a lawyer *** never spoke to one or either them calling me. And yall just trying to charge me so yeah I will like the whole account to be close or I will delete that card and get a whole new account and everything.

    On November 29th was charged $1.90 for a week and was told someone would reach out. I contacted multiple people on the site and heard nothing back called and emailed and I was charged $19.90 on December 7th without my consent. I received no help at all and was not responses to at any attempt

    You called our office seevince legal assistance, you were offered a 7 day trial in our legal service plan, which allowed you access to valuable free & low cost legal information, services and products and to consult with multiple attorneys, that could consult you and help you determine the best course of action. PLEASE NOTE: You were told that it is $1.90 to activate your 7 day trial and could cancel at anytime by phone or email and not be billed further. if you enjoyed the service like most do, you would simply do nothing and $19.90 would be billed for the month days you had not yet resolved your issue and wished to continue, do nothing and your card will be automatically chared for. Pplease let me know howy you wish t prceed. Please let me know h0w I can assist.
