I beg anyone pondering to sign a contract with this company to walk away. Framework and their attorneys are despicable crooks and I warn anyone to buyer beware on every level. They violated CA law, they breached the contract numerous times, they didnt comply with the CA Building Code Standards and they engaged in numerous fraudulent practices throughout my project. After litigation I finally won a judgement. Framework was given 30 days to comply by sending me a check and removing the lien they put on my property. They failed to comply within the judgment period claiming they didnt have the funds and wanted payments. If I would have agreed to any kind of installments my entire case would have been closed by the CA ******************* and they knew that. Because they didnt comply with the judgement they were put on a fast track to have their license suspended in 30 days. After some research I discovered that Framework purchased a home in Woodland Hills in May of 2022. After extensive renovations to the home they put it on the market for lease. On March 8th, one week before my money was due, Framework decided to deed the ownership of this home (worth well over a million) to one of their own officers, my project manager! There could be reasons for this transaction but to this day it remains only a suspicious mystery and all reasons unknown. A week before their license was to be suspended I finally received payment from Framework. I thought the nightmare was finally over but to add insult to injury I was notified by my bank that the check they gave me was returned for some type of fraudulent activity. I reminded Framework that writing an insufficient funds check for that amount was a felony and they could be prosecuted. The next day they hand delivered my money to me in the form of a cashiers check (at my request) to keep their license from being suspended by the CA *************** Anyone needing legal proof of any of this please contact me.
