Sonsio was chosen by my insured auto paint coating company to take care of pine sap that I wasnt able to remove. They offered to come to my residence, they did an excellent job and took care of me promptly and professionally.Sonsio LLC

I got a warranty through ***** for my windshield and it turned out that they passed it to this company. I called ***** who told me to call this company. No one would answer when I called and it usually took several days for them to respond via phone or email. I was then sent to ********, which was fine, but the instructions given to me about what I needed to do were not clear. ******** was able to recalibrate cameras, but I was told by Sonsio that I would have to have cameras recalibrated. I also had to go back to ***** to get a coating that goes on the windshield after the new windshield is installed. Everything took time and instructions were not clear. I'm wondering how many people actually work for Sonsio.Sonsio LLC

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for any frustrations you experienced during your claim process. We understand how important it is to have clear communication and a smooth resolution, and its disappointing to hear that we fell short of meeting your expectations.
After reviewing your case, we see that you first contacted us on 12/20/2024 to start your windshield replacement claim. We requested a photo of the damage, which we received the same day. On 12/27/2024,we attempted to reach you by phone, leaving a voicemail, and followed up with an email to let you know we were ready to proceed with scheduling. You returned our call on 12/30/2024, and we scheduled the replacement with Safelite for 1/2/2025, including the necessary ADAS recalibration as mentioned in the email we sent. You were also advised to contact your dealership for the chemistry reapplication on the new windshield.
We regret if you felt that the instructions provided were not clear. While Safelite handled the recalibration, our intent was to ensure you were aware of all steps required, including any dealership-specific processes like the windshield coating.

Sonsio is a 3rd party vendor for Good *** Tire and Wheel protection policy. They mislead that information when it comes times for a claim. Good *** passes you off to Sonsio, once you submit a claim to do their dirty work for them. Who then request information that may be needed but not required to be able to deny your claim. Its insane the information they want, like 6 different photos of a blown out tire, pre authorization from Sonsio when they arent even on Good *** card for Emergency Tire Hazard. And they expect all that while your in a high stress dangerous situation along the side of the freeway and to also keep the tire. I dont know where they expect me to keep a Class A bus tire, but also one of the reasons the claim was denied. I didnt provide enough photos of the blown out tire and I didnt keep the tire and I didnt get pre authorization from Sonsio. They refer you to a brochure page two like paragraph 27 that Ive never seen. Also they will only pay $500 per event. So even if you blow out two tires or have additional damage the max is $500. The value, experience and service is horrible and if I could give no stars I would. We see that you purchased a new tire on 11/26/2024. We received your invoice from Good *** on 11/29/2024. Sonsio opened a claim and reached out to you as a courtesy to see if we could verify the information needed for the claim. The terms of the policy require customers to contact ********************** for prior authorization before replacing a tire, as well as to maintain possession of the damaged component for verification. Unfortunately, even without your contacting us for pre-authorization, we did not have the ability to verify the required information due to the disposal of the tire. This made the claim ineligible under the terms of your coverage.
We understand there may have been some confusion between the Road Hazard Benefit and the Emergency Roadside Assistance Benefit. Weve already provided links to the coverage details to help clarify the differences and explain the requirements further.

They do not respond promptly, must always call them. They do not cover the whole tire or issue, they pay whatever they want and you must pay the rest yourself. No point to have them cheaper out of pocket.Sonsio LLC

Recently purchased a Sonsio warranty. It is quite an expensive warranty, but we purchased it because it seemed comprehensive and we wanted the BEST coverage for our beloved new vehicle. However, due to circumstances outside of our control, we ended up with scratches alongside the vehicle which included paint gouging. Sonsio claims that they will only fix dents that do NOT involve paint. Who has ever heard of an object hitting a vehicle hard enough to dent, without causing damage to paint??? This only happens in fantasy land! In conclusion, we are paying for a warranty service that is unwilling to help in any way. When I called to report the damage, the representative over the phone showed no concern or empathy for the situation... he was unwilling to assist in any way. My advice would be to NEVER buy this warranty, as it is nothing but a rotten scam!Sonsio LLC

On April 5th,2024, ***************************** purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado HD from Reedman *************** (ATLU), **. During the purchase of the vehicle, they sold a plan in which we administer, SVP Appearance Advantage Key, Windshield & Dent Reedman NOCAP SII.
July 19th,2024, ******* called in to our customer care center to file a report of damages on the 2024 Silverado.
She Indicated on the call that there was a dent with paint damage located on or near the tailgate of the vehicle. Our CSR advised paint damage is not repairable though the *** process. Instead, the repairs will require a body shop as the affected area will need to be painted. See below for coverage, limitations, and exclusion section of the customer contract:
Appearance Advantage Key, Windshield & Dent Reedman NOCAP SII Coverage:
Paintless Dent Repair (***): provides coverage for unlimited removal of certain dents and creases from the Covered Vehicle using Dent Wizards *** repair process. Each *** repair covers the removal of any dents and creases that do not exceed 3.25 x 2 (approximately the size of a traditional credit card)within an area located on a single panel of the Covered Vehicle.
Appearance Advantage Key, Windshield & Dent Reedman NOCAP SII Limitations:
E. Paintless Dent Repairs: 1. *** is limited to steel or aluminum body panels. 2. *** repairs are subject to accessibility (e.g., an area within 3/4 of a door edge is not accessible). *** is limited to the cost of reconditioning, rather than replacement. 4. *** repairs will only be provided if the repair can be made using the Dent Wizard *** process. 5. The Administrator shall have sole discretion in determining if a repair can be made. All *** repairs must be completed by a representative authorized by the Administrator.

D. PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR DOES NOT PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR THE FOLLOWING: (1) ANY DENTS OR CREASES THAT HAVE PUNCTURED THE ***** OR RESULTED IN VISIBLE PAINT DAMAGE; (2) REPAIRS TO ANY AREA OF THE COVERED VEHICLE THAT IS NOT A STEEL OR ALUMINUM BODY PANEL (E.G., BUMPERS); (3) THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY PARTS; (4) ANY DAMAGE THAT REQUIRES REPLACEMENT OF BODY PANELS, OR SANDING,BONDING, OR PAINTING; (5) HAIL OR ACORN DAMAGE OR ANY OTHER PERIL COVERED UNDER YOUR COMPREHENSIVE AUTO INSURANCE POLICY.
Result
We informed ***************************** on July 19th that the damage was not covered. We explained that being paint loss, it cannot be repaired using the paintless dent removal technique. Instead, the repairs require a body shop as the affected area will need to be painted.
We understand ******** frustration and disappointment regarding the denial of the claim,particularly given that this was her first claim with us. As a gesture of goodwill, we are willing to set up an in person visual inspection to assess the damage further.Review fromFred R
