I used to work for a company and we used the various *************** area locations frequently for our pre-employment drug tests (the Lakewood location is great as they are all franchised). My personal credit card was on file so our workers wouldn't have to pay for their own drug test. I would fill out an expense report and my company would reimburse me for my business expenses on my personal card. I left the company in mid-June 2022, called 4 different Wiz-Quiz locations and told them to permanently delete my CC # and to get in touch with a specific new company contact to get her card on file. I noticed this morning that I had been charged $157 in May for drug tests from the Centennial and Aurora location (they are owned by the same person named *****). I called and spoke to ***** and he told me it was my fault that I had my personal credit card number on file. I told him that it was suppose to be deleted from that company's file about a year ago and he said it was the only CC # they had on file so they charged it. I then told him who the new contact was at that prior company and gave him that person's name and phone number to get a new CC # on file. ***** said great and was about to hang up the phone when I asked him how I was going to get reimbursed. He said I should talk with this contact that I had just given him and he could figure out a way to pay me and that it was my fault that I left my personal credit card number on file and said it wasn't their fault that they didn't erase my credit card number when I left the company as I was told was done when I was on the phone with them a year ago. I got upset and asked if he was going to credit my card, send me a check and he continued to say it was my fault that I left my card on file and to figure it out. I told him that I would fight the charge through ***** and write a bad review about his two locations on BBB.Now I have to get a new credit card due to this unethical, non-forgiving business owner.

I called to see when their busy time is. **** answered the phone, also stated that he is the owner at later time, and was nothing but rude and condescending. He seemed like he could not be bothered to answer any questions because I had more than one, to which I did not get to ask. When I asked him if it was ok with the company if he was this rude, he it was because he is the supervisor and owner. I am only going there to get a drug screening for a potential job. Will be recommending that the company that referred me to this location, they employ over ***** people, take this location off their places to go.
