***************** is extremely rude and, apparently, does not care about the happiness of his clients. He is the President of the company and cussed at me and accused me of harassing him when I was just responding to a statement that he made. *** offered to refund the cost of the project and when I accepted his offer, he went back on his word.When he said that he was gonna refund me, I left a 5 star review for him handling the situation in a timely and professional manner and for resolving all of the is***s that had transpired.I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND and it was never my intent to not pay him! Initially, I had thought that he did an Amazing job, especially the first time he came out to my house. In the first visit, he was very professional with me when my husband was there. My husband is a white man. The Amazing job turned in to the job not being completed properly and *** demanding that I pay him, yesterday. He said that if I didnt pay him that he would put a lien on my new property and so I paid him right away. There were several mistakes. I paid him immediately after he threatened to put a lien on my home and after that, I found out that he did not label my panel, so I had no idea what went to what.One of Toms responses to that was, most homeowners thoroughly check the work before paying, and had the audacity to say that after he demanded the payment from me and threatened to put a lien on my home. I HAVE EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED!I did not cuss at him one time. He asked me why I didnt trust him in my home and I listed the reasons why and he became even more defensive and unprofessional.I felt discriminated against and had the thought that he was under the impression that because I am a black man that I am not capable of owning property. He caused me to feel extremely belittled and degraded. I have everything documented. He threatened to *** me for defamation of character and said that he was gonna save $10,000 per month for court costs.
