I purchased their product to resolve the issues that the product represents to solve, and I am not seeing those results. In fact I have pain from the product and I want to Discontinue using and have a full refund.They claim they have a 60 day ironclad refund policy.however theres no phone numbers and no addresses and no way to contact them.Business response

On 8/18/2024 I purchased Quietumplus 6 bottles, item #***-HRMSPT-111, order #7TQDAP35 through ********* I Received my order on 8/26/24. I am ************************************************** taking them. I have not opened any of the bottles and cannot get the company to respond to my emails and when I called they say they cannot find that I placed and order, however my credit card has already been charged. I am out over $300 and just want to return for a refund.Business response

Customer was assisted and the order was refunded in full. A refund confirmation email was sent to their email address. They are also no longer required to return the bottles purchased.

This company touts that it will help with tinnitus if you purchase their 90-day supply of herbal supplements. They advertise that it takes 3 months to see results and sell their bundle in a 3-month supply. When I requested my money back per their guarantee, they refuse because it is a 60-day money back guarantee. How can you offer a 60-day money back guarantee on a product that supposedly shows no results until after 90 days? We paid $177. This feels like bad practices.Business response

Mr. **** reach out to us for a refund of his order after more than 90 days, regardless of the 60-day money-back guarantee period.
As we do want to have happy customers, even former customers to be satisfied, the refund for his order was issued as a one-time exception.

After watching a 1 hour video I was willing to give quietum plus a try. I ordered the 3 bottle option and shortly after I received a phone call. The salesperson stated that I wouldn't begin to see results until month 3 and that I would need to take it with Sonus Plus so I needed to order that as well. I was told that after 3 months if I wasn't satisfied I could message them and get a refund. After 3 months I have not have any results, in fact the ringing is worse. I sent an email since they don't answer phone calls or return them and the email I received back stated we have a 60 day money back guarantee which is not what I was told by the representative who called me and convinced me that I should purchase 6 bottles of quietum plus and 6 bottles of Sonus complete. I am super frustrated that the person I talked to gave me wrong information and moreso that I believed her or that this was a legitimate company. I was hoping to get a full refund since I have taken this product faithfully everyday based on the directions I received from a representative from the company itself.Business response

I received my order April 22, 2024. $600+. I diligently took this product every day and requested a refund since it did not make any difference in my Tinnitus. They sell this product using scare tactics. I asked for a refund on June 29 and they told me that I was too late. My partner passed away during that time and it was difficult. And that's why I requested a refund a week too late.Business response

On May 4th 2024, after watching a one-hour infomercial online about Quietum Plus, I decided to give their supplements a shot. I have horrible ringing ear issues and nothing has worked. This company promised a money back guaranteed but recommended using the product for at least 60 days to know if the product really works. Each bottle has 30 days worth. So, I bought the 3-bottle kit. To go through at least 60 days, you will go through two bottles before you decide if this has worked. And what do reasonable people do when a bottle is empty? They toss the empty bottle. If you have not kept the empty bottles, then tough luck. No refund for you. That is the policy. To me this is deceptive and predatory. Particularly since most people with Tinnitus are older, they will be ripped off and not get their money back. This is a deceptive scam meant to defraud people.Business response

There was a total of 2 transactions, both occuring on 02/13/2024. I was told that there was a 60 day money back guarantee. They shipped me multiple supplements. Quietum Plus, Claritox Pro, Sonus Complete, Sono *************** which I took faithfully every day. This was for an 18 month supply. When I decided that all these supplements were not helping my tinnitus, I called to ask for my money back. Now that I need to contact them, none of the calls were being answered. They go to voicemail and nobody ever returns the calls.I am a disabled veteran and have limited income. I've been experiencing the ringing in my ears since I served in *******, so I am desperate to find some relief. My wife purchased Quietum Plus to stop my tinnitus. She purchased a 90 day supply as the manufacturer suggested it might take that long to work. I took the 90 day supply as directed and it did not help at all. When I called for a refund, I was told the guaranty was for 60 days, EVEN THOUGH THE COMPANY SUGGESTS A 90 DAY TRIAL I feel this is dishonest.Business response

On 11/13/2023, I purchased 9 bottles of Quietum Plus for $185.85 which was supposed to help with tinnitus. On 3/9/2024, I watched a video stating that some supplements contain synthetic B12, listed as Cyanocobalamin. This substance contains cyanide! When I e-mailed customer support requesting a shipping label and my reason for wanting to return the product, their response was that it was past their 60-day return policy. I responded that I wasn't simply wishing to return the product because it wasn't working, but because it contains a dangerous ingredient. Their response was the same -- that it was past their 60-day return policy. No mention was made concerning the dangerous ingredient.Business response

I purchased this product in January 2024 and was promised a 60 day money back guarantee. The product does NOT WORK and my tinnitus even worsened! I have been trying to contact the company via multiple emails ************************************ and phone calls ************* and ************) to no avail. I also drove out to the address in *************** to drop off and get a refund and was told I have to mail the product to THE SAME address as no drop offs are allowed. This was AFTER I was informed that I could drop the product off. I am sending the product back to the Aurora address and praying for a full refund.Business response
