    My husband has terrible tinnitus and saw ad for Sonus Complete and all the success they have had. Placed a small order for Sonus complete for husband to try. Next day **** *****, lead consultant, called me to explain the need to get 18 months of the Sonus Complete, Aqua Peace and Quietum plus. Needed to get that amount because of length of time my husband had tinnitus issue and the company sometimes runs out of product. Ordered the three supplements on 1/7/25. I asked about the 60 days and if that starts the day you order it. **** said when you receive it. I received only part of the order a week later. Called **** and said the one other supplement is delayed in transit due to weather. **** said to start taking supplements when I receive all. Had all supplements on 1/31/25 and called Company and spoke to ****** an associate, and asked her to document receipt of supplements. Now I called the company today, 3/31:25, and told associate that I wanted to make arrangements to return supplements since they didnt work. My husband kept a journal on each day of taking supplements and Blood pressure went up and ringing in ears got worse but he proceeded with the 60 days. So associate told me I was 4 days too late to get a refund. It was exactly 60 days the day I called!! I paid $1968! I couldnt speak to anyone else except send an email to customer service. I would have gladly paid this money if it worked but it didnt. We are talking almost $2000 that I am out of and have a whole tote full of useless supplements. In my email I offered to pay for the supplements my husband used. This is very sad and bad business.

    I ordered Quietum Plus for relief of my tinnitus. However shortly after taking it, a few days later, I ended up in the ** with strong contractions in my back that just about doubled me over. I suspected this supplement as I'd never had these before and it was the only thing that had changed recently. When I discontinued use, they went away. I have two full unopened bottles.

    Ordered 6 months supply as suggested, 6 bottles with 30 pills in each. Started taken them as directed, after 90 days no results. Went on web site and found out at that time I had to return their product after 60 days. Typed in their refund email address ********************************** and all they talked about is the product. Tried to get a phone number and finally found an 800 number, I called that and it's a different company. It seem to me they are HIDING from their customers.

    After watching the Quietum Plus internet video, I decided to try the product for my Tinnitus. There was a high sales push to order at least a three month supply because that's the average time needed to see results. They also offered significant savings, for the more you ordered. Plus, future stock shortages were explained in what sounded like a threat to be sure to order enough now, or suffer the possibility of running out of product which could cause tinnitus to return.1) I mention all of this because it was an overload of information that continued, even after I received my product. I had to block emails because I was receiving several each week, trying to get me to purchase more product and different products unrelated to my original order.2)The Quietum didn't stop my tinnitus, and I think the increase in supplements was partly to blame for a sudden weight gain. I had used 2 bottles and decided to stop taking the product.3) I called Quietum Plus, now also refered to as *********** to find out if I could return the product for the guarenteed refund. I was told, "yes", and to be sure the return shipped to ******, ***, with a copy of my original order confirmation, and call 4 - 7 days later to give the tracking number.4) Now I had to deal with Help Grid (another new name). After all this, I was told that my product was returned too late; that their system will not allow refunds for product returned after 60 days. I asked why I was told to pay shipping and return the product, but they had no answer. All I'm requesting is the full refund that they guaranteed in the video. Yes, I was 2 weeks past the 60 days, but this cumbersome process, numerous company names and phone numbers, and employees that aren't clear on policies has added up to a horribly frustrating experience.

    I returned 6 bottles of Quietum supplements because they didnt work for me and they reached out stating that they couldnt refund because it was past the deadline for return so I asked them to return the bottles and they are saying they cant do that. The 6 bottles of Quietum are valued at around $300.00

    The customer reached out to us on January 22nd to request a refund and informed us of the fact that the product has been returned back to **, however, the 60 days warranty period had already ended in July 2024.

    After the customer was informed that a refund was no longer possible because they reached out after the 60 days money back guarantee ended, they requested for the bottles to be returned back to them, however, it is not possible to send the bottles back once they've been returned.

    Regardless, a refund was issued to satisfy the customer and a refund confirmation email was also send to their email address.

    Order this product on 1.24.2025. Was told that I need a 90 day supply so I purchased 90 days worth for ******. I have taken as directed by the directions with no change, really my systoms are worse. So I did some research and want my money back guarantee. Since the company guaranteed is no questions ask full money back refund. I would like my money back

    On January 4th, I ordered I bottle of Quiteum Plus. I paid via ******. I received a confirmation in amount of $43.67. Later that day I received a second email for 3 extra bottles at a cost of $95.05. I did not order these. Attempts to reach this seller have been futile after multiple attempts. I want a full refund, total &******. I have not opened any of these bottles and dont intend to. There advertisements state a no hassle 60 day money back guarantee. That is what I am seeking.

    I purchased this product for my husband on 9/22/24 and was highly recommended to purchase a 90 day supply because it would take that long to know. My husband is very ill with cancer and was hoping for some relief for his ringing ears. Reached out to the company on 12/24/24 for a refund. Was told only available for 60 days. Reached out again on 12/31/24 explaining why they push the 90 days if you don't know at 60 days, kinda a scam. If you feel you can help us would appreciate very much. Thankyou, *****

    On 16NOV2024, I purchased 6 bottles of Quietum Plus, Order ID: QQPJSWS6, Product ID ****** purchased on my credit card. I received the order on 21NOV2024. I took the pills for 14 days but each day i had stomach discomfort and bloating. I stopped the pills and the abdominal pain went away. i want to return the bottles for a full refund. The company advertised a money-back guarantee if not satisfied. After using the product for 14 days and unable to tolerated due to discomfort, this is obviously will not work for my tinnitus. I am unable to reach anyone at the company to even learn how to obtain the refund. There are no instructions provided for their money back guarantee. Please help me in this situation.

    I am rejecting this response because:  there has been no refund made to my credit card.  The refund of $311.64 was showing as pending yesterday, and then this morning i was alerted the refund transaction had been cancelled!  What is going on here with this company?  Can you please assist in this matter?     A member of my family purchased ****** worth of a product called Quietum Plus without my permission on my credit card. It is supposedly a supplement for tinnitus but has no information on the bottles about that. I looked at their advertising and it was obviously a scam. It was distributed from ********* and claims full money back if not satisfied on the advertising online, but has no info and returns no messages. I see on your website others have complained and it is truly the scam I believe it to be. There was no real receipt/confirmation or order number for the purchase but they charged my Discover Credit Card on 11/30/2024 from *******, zip code ************************ DIGISTORE24.C phone ********** and a person name ******* Bark, who has only an address in Gibralter and is emailing me about every three days to sell other health products or try to sell more of the Quietum Plus. I will not allow my family member to open and of the six bottles because I have no idea what is really in these supplements. I would happily send them back if I could get a refund. I have uploaded the info appearing on my credit card when I looked up the transaction and a screen shot of the address ******* Bark sent in an email supposedly as a confirmation of an order with no order number.
