      For past 4 months I have been getting a reoccurring charge of ***** that I have contacted customer support about per their website. Asking for it to ve cancelled. At this point I want refund for the past 4 months since I have done what they what they asked.

      Tha1st.com, I know I did not sign up for monthly subscription I just bought the one time phone holder and regret buying it Now I've been charged twice for this for 35 bucks that I didn't want I have emailed the company twice to stop this and still they have not stopped I've already emailed them showing last month

      I purchased a phone charger a year and a half ago for the holidays. At time of purchase I was unaware of any membership. After realizing the recurring fee with the bank I called my back. It asked me to contact the buisness. I have followed the directions and emailed the request to cancel the membership. I automatically get a generated email that they received my email and the company will be getting back to me soon. At no time have I gotten an email in return or phone call. If I did get a phone call it never says Tha 1st and they never leave a message if I missed the call. It stopped for a while and then picked up again (charges). If it does not get resolved this week I will be forced to call my bank and show them all the email documentation that I sent and no reply after the initial automated email. Please help me to stop the membership that I never desired to be enrolled in. I made a purchase based off of an advertisement that I found in ********* Very disappointed that I can't get this problem resolved. I thank you in advance for your help and guidance with this matter.
