This Property management and the board of the *** take action without the homeowners approval. This Property management and the board of the *** are not in compliance with the bylaws. Even after court and upon the Judge's decision they are still in denial to pay back what they charged incorrectly and they even charge the same again. As a result, they force over and over to go to court. They do not answer phone calls and they do not show themself to the court as well. They do not produce Financial statements in a timely manner

On the June 17, 2022 Friday night, I called *** at 8:26pm to report half naked man fixing cars in two visitor parking spots for 3 days, the person on the phone said sending people to remove him, after 41 mins 9:07pm, no one shows up, I called again, different person on the phone said is coming, 18 mins later 9:25pm, I called again the third person told we no one is coming, when I about to complain, they hung up on me. This is not the first time they have done to me, the last time someone parked in my parking spot in the late night last year November, I called the **** they said they wont tow the car, because the *** made mistake on parking numbers, they gave the same spot to two different homeowners, I have to park far away on the street, after 36 hours international flight, with a 2 weeks old newborn, still recovering from the c section, drag the baby car seat in the cold weather in the middle of the night, this is the worst nightmare!!!

The Management Trust has been first, and hopefully last experience with HOA. ********************************* has been the most condescending, rude, and spiteful employee I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. When I had an issue she literally laughed at me and told me that it wasn't her problem because she was leaving the *** before she hung up on me. She then went on to take a permanent role in my community. It takes a week for anyone from the *** to get back to me, they don't follow up on community issues, and then they send out emails threatening to raise ***************.
