    I ordered PURAVIVE health supplement with a 180 day return policy. Period ended May 10, 2024. On May 7,, I talked to a representative and said I wanted to return the product. He said, "No problem. You have plenty of time before your deadline." I assumed that that meant the return would be accepted as soon as tracking number was sent. The company refuses to give me a refund because they say the product had to be in their possession May 10. I contend that had I been properly advised, I would have DEFINITELY sent it overnight express and it would have arrived May 10. They contend that their return policy states it must be in their possession. I do not find definite wording there, so I disagree.I asked to be allowed to talk to someone who has the power to make decisions but I was never provided the opportunity. I just get a routine email.Again, had I been properly advised, I would have sent this overnight.If they refuse my refund, why don't they at least return my package. I consider this a theft.

    Misleading return and refund policy. I tried to return after 2 months and they asked me to keep taking their product, which I would not have used in full between receipt and their so-called 180 day refund timeline. When I reached out again, the 180 days was almost up, but I asked if there was a way they would still honor it if I returned used and unused bottles right away. ********* (who processed the order) said they would and sent me an email stating the refund would be processed when they got the bottles. I ended up spending almost $40 to return used and unused bottles in the original packaging and sent emails to update the Puravive representative (even sent photos of the tracking # and all) ... Then I get a prefabricated return email saying I went beyond the 180 days and would not get a refund at all. SO now I assume they will be reselling the unopened bottles to someone else.I do find it interesting that all these bad reviews posted AFTER I had researched and found no complaints. My hunch is that Puravive rebrands themselves every 6 months, takes all the $ they never refunded, and puts a new label on their bottles. BBB should definitely dig deeper into who is really running this scam!
