    I purchased Nacove LuxeLoft Goose Down Pillow 1 Standard - 20 * 26" / 4-Pack, #NACOVE10025042, on April 7th, 2024. I received 1 pillow on April 12th, 2024. I purchased these pillows using Affirm and it would be paid in 4 installments. The initial payment of $102.25 was made upon placing the order and a 2nd payment was made on April 23rd. I stopped payment before my 3rd payment was due because I had not received the remaining 3 pillows and after multiple attempts to contact Nacove. I emailed and called Nacove with no response. As I looked into this company, there were several reviews that I found referring to the same or different issues about this company. The tracking number is: 1Z3Y18820327281265. I have the emails that I sent, that received no response, if I need to send them to you. I also called the number that was provided on Nacoves website but I could not get ahold of a person or even an automated system with this number. If I could just receive my product, I would be satisfied, I wanted the pillows. I havent used the only pillow that I did receive yet because of this fiasco. Any help that I can get, I would appreciate it. I would like for others to be aware of this companys poor business practice. Nacove has been the absolute worst company that I have done business with.     On March 18,2024 order# NACOVE10024581, for 2 pillows from Nacove, one of which I unwrapped to try out with protective pillowcase, one unopened. Contacted to return, they put me off with free offers, demands for photos, and finally gave me return address to mail at my cost. Sent ***** with tracking #************ on March26, 2024. Despite repeated emails, 3 month later, no response from them/ no reimbursement. I see other similar complaints on your website, you should not allow these people to rip customers off like this.

    I purchased a pillow from Nacove in December 2023. The pillow did not provide support so I initiated a return. From the start it was an issue. Nacove required me to provide pictures of the pillow and pay for return shipping even though it explicitly says that a shipping label can be provided and deducted from the refund amount. I have since returned the pillow, confirmed it was received by tracking, and I received my last email from Nacove on 3/10. Since then I have emaild about every other day asking please for my refund and have not received a response. I tried emailing a new email and also sending an email through their website. No response. I need help and also want to warn others of this shady company and their practices.

    I received a faulty product and returned it as I was given instructions to do. The items were received back on March 11. The company is now not responding. They have my money and the product. This is theft. I am asking for a full refund before I escalate this to the bank.

    I placed order #NACOVE10023920 on 2/17/2024, the total cost $253 plus interest financing = $299.17. I tried to cancel prior to receiving the product on 2/19/2024 but received the product on 2/22/2024. I did not like the product and the company advertises an easy return policy and 30 day money back guarantee. I submitted all of the information they asked for including pictures. They did not provide return instructions until 2/27/2024. I mailed the product back via *** tracking #1Z8E05750360960475 on 3/02/2024 and received delivery confirmation on 3/06/2024 and have not heard from the company since. I emailed them the tracking number when it was shipped per their request and also reached out the day it was delivered and the day after but have not received any response. I had to pay $27 and change to ship the product back.

    I ordered two king size down pillows , with a 30 day return policy. I liked my pillow but my wife did not, so I called and emailed for return instructions! I have tried four times to contact them with no success? I am simply requesting a refund for the one ( $140) pillow. I get very frustrated when you buy on line and then have to with lack of customer service!

    Place order 12/11/2023 and order was received 12/16/2023. I first attempted to contact Nacove regarding a return on 12/19/23 via email. I did not receive a response. Being that it was close to the holiday's I gave it a few days and attempted again later in the week 12/21 or 12/22 via their website. Still no response. I attempted again via email 12/29 and again on their website via message board and instant message in the bottom right corner. I have never received any communication from Nacove. I attempted to go through affirm the company used to pay Nacove and they would not assist. Nacove website clearly states there is a 30 day money-back guarantee and to start a return contact them at ******************************** I still have the items packaged and ready to ship back to the company. I would like a refund as stated on the Nacove website is allowed.

    Ordered pillow with trial guarantee. It was terrible and not as advertised for relieving neck pain. Contacted customer service via email and was asked to return with tracking which I did. They recieved the return but are now ghosting me without refunding. I have sent numerous emails which all go unanswered

    I purchased two pillows from this company on January 9, ****. The pillows arrived and they are not good quality. I emailed the company about initiating a return. They made the process painful by trying to offer credits on their website, but I made it very clear that I would like to return them for a refund. They have a refund policy on the website indicating that they have a 30-day free return policy. I was asked to take pictures of the pillows, which I did, and then I asked for a return label. They said their label system "is broken". Their website indicates that they have the ability to offer prepaid return labels "at discounted shipping rates". I have contacted them multiple times about getting a return label and they have been completely unresponsive. Absolutely terrible customer service.

    Purchased these Pillows on line but received no confirmations. 2 weeks later I received the order times 2. Both hit my credit card. Product was not as adverised. Attempted to return (they promised a risk free 30 day warranty) but they are requiring an order number which I never received. I have contacted **************** 8 times and they refuse to provide my order number. Only contact phone number is in ********* and they don't answer that. Do not do business with this horribly rated company.
