I first was seen by Dr. ********************** in 02/ 2023, in ***********. We did some x-rays & came up with a plan for extensive dental work. About a month later, I had an ************* had to leave town. When I came back, I called them to schedule surgery. After months of phone calls & not hearing back from them, I called & spoke directly to Dr ******************** on the phone. He assured me that hai asst ***** would be calling me back to schedule surgery. This dragged on until Nov/Dec. Finally was scheduled for 12/19/23.. I called to verify ************ info multiple times. They NEVER called me back to cancel/confirm. Then I decided to find a different dentist on 12/19/23. I found a great office have, they scheduled ne on 12/26/23. My insurance was easy to use there was no issues. Then about two months ago, I received a bill from ********************************** for $329.37, & a letter from a ************** That bill should have been put through insurance in 02/21/23 after appt. Insurance would have paid it in full. They were incompetent in submitting to Ins. They never even called me back. To confirm not cancel appt. They were unresponsible & unprofessional. On August 6th, I called the office & spoke with somebody besides that doctor and also ***** his assistant. They were kind of shocked at The way I had been treated. They said they would leave a message for them to either email me or call me back. I still have not heard back and today is February 16, 2024, ****************************** to believe that a professional business would not even make an attempt to make something right. I dont feel that I should be responsible for that bill because they did not submit it any timely fashion. They should take the loss not me. I will be also writing a letter to the medical board and find a complaint with BBB. No one deserves to be treated the way they treated me, which was & still is very disrespectful .
